I seen plenty of Joss shafts snap over the knee but most over the pool tables ill repeat the sound WOOOOOOSH BAMMMM SMASH! Son of a F-ing B%^ch ill never play you in this game ever again. I cant say the same for Schons becuse i dont know the sound they make when broken out of hate and anger.
Well i just got an email back from Joss from an un-realated issue Ill copy and paste what he said for you guys to read ( I don't think you will have any problem bringing your cue home. Its a personal item and we have players all over the world carrying their cues from country to country and never have a problem.
The time to make your cue was about eight months from start to finish. But remember that with a special cue like yours we don't push real hard to get it finished.
Your cue (butt) was made as a show cue and we took it to a few shows and exhibits before you bought it.
I would guess it was around for about a year maybe 18 months before you bought it. Your cue visited five shows before I put it on my web site. When you bought it I made the shafts to your specs.

Sorry Buddy, but that is simple not a fact, now most know I do cue repair, and I can clearly say there is little difference if any in the handle area of these cues. However, there would certainly be less consistence with the Joss cues than the Schon, in the size of the handle.
I didnt say I got one, I am wanting to get one though, lol. I have never seen anyone use one around here, so I will have to get one to try it out. When I do, you will be the first to know, lol.

I have never hit with a Josswest, but my Scruggs plays out of this world. I also like the way a Diveney plays, similar hit to a Scruggs. At least the one I hit was.

Thanks too all who that have given input to my question! JoseV, i really like your joss enigma. I am going to start saving for a Schon, preferably an older model. From what i have seen Schon owners really love their cues!

I like the Schons better than the Joss, But I like the Carolinas better yet.
