Bought these on 9-14-2010..only one response that he was

going to ship on 10-15-2010..now here it is 10-27-2010..

still not received..and no more response to calls or PMs..

this is sad..60 dollar set of pool balls..and he sold about

5-6 sets..anyone get theirs??..SA

wow..no way should a member do this to ya..it is really

low..not so much the money..but the principle of the

matter..if Zach would communicate..that would have been

one thing..but shear dishonesty and deception is all there is..SA

If you want to find him look at some of his old threads, he prob gave out enough personal info that you can get in touch with him. Hopefully he makes it right.
 
I've always liked Rack'em Zack'em, however this is not the first time he's done this on AZ.
I'm sure it will get handled eventually, but if he is too busy or too broke to complete the deal,
then he shouldn't of done the deal in the first place.
No excuses, and you can't do business this way.
Doubtful that anyone will get "screwed", but it doesn't hurt to apply a little forum pressure.

How did you pay? If PayPal or credit card then you have recourse. If MO or check you're screwed. Actually check you may have recourse too, not sure.

Hi..no i sent it to Kennans Paypal as a gift cause i trust folks on here..

theres no recourse for sending money that way..but also there

are no fees either..maybe should have folks bill you and let them pay

Yea i have plenty of info on Mr. Ballas..wont use it yet..but folks need to know of
his character and the Rep he is building for himself..hope he makes

I wonder if this is the same Zach I know from a few pool rooms around DFW. I'm always leary of people asking for me to send money as a gift. For a $60 purchase, the fee's are around $2.10. As I buyer, I would rather pay an extra $2 to know I have some protection for the deal.
 
It has happened before.....to me!

It was a long time back, but I bought a shaft from him. It was not as he described it and when I complained about it, he called me a liar in a public post on AZ. He later admitted privately that he had not even been the one to pack or send the shaft. It's been a long time ago, but I'm not likely to ever forget it and would NEVER deal with him under ANY circumstances. He lied to me and called me a liar in public and that crossed the line with me.
 
I bought a cue from him some time ago and the cue wasn't quite as described but it was still a very good value so I didn't push much and just let him know he should be more accurate in his descriptions. I have seen a couple of his deals go south on here but I believe he made them right... eventually... as in it took some time. So hopefully he'll do right by you soon. I get the impression the guy flies by the seat of his pants and is paycheck to paycheck and probably shouldn't be doing any AZ deals until he gets life figured out. Good luck to ya.

well it seems alot of grey areas with Zach..but in time i hope he does
come through..i have tons of time and will continue to try and get whats

I screwed up in the beginning by not shipping them out but I was also an idiot for asking the money to be sent as a gift..I didn't get anyone's shipping address. The above is my debit card transaction from the post office. I will take a picture of the receipt later tonight if you want..I've been working 130 hours a week and had every intention of sending them. Just dropped the ball and haven't been available when the post office was open.

I don't expect anyone to be happy heck I'm not....And Bill don't even go there about that shaft. It was a used ob-1 shaft that had blue chalk on it...And you said you did work on the shaft so of course I wouldn't take the return. You think you can go to a dealership, drive a car, then work on it and try to return it?

My life hasn't been normal and I'm sorry this happened...Hell I haven't even been able to buy my cue back from Dave...My life changes every week, but hell what else would you expect when you're and independent contractor...I bust my ass every week just to keep my head above water..and it sucks..because I've never had to work this hard for so little..Once again I'm sorry....The balls were finally shipped this morning. Except for one guy because he never responded to my pm or emails..but 7 of 8 sets have been shipped.

If you're working so many hours that you can't complete a transaction, you have no business selling anything on here. Excuses are like assholes.

minute to update us..not acceptable..like i said..i know shit happens
but one must keep the channels of communication open..or gave me
a call..i will not bring this up again and thanks again for finally coming
through and hopes for a prosperous future to ya..SA
