Searing tribute: High figured bem, tulipwood, ivory

There nothing wrong with making a tribute cue. Dont let some board members get you upset. Lets lighten up a little people. He just said this cue was inspiered by a Searing and nothing more. Ive seen dozens of cues one here that are tributes that got nothing but good praise. So why is this paticular cue TABOO?

Nice

I don't know why everyone has been on Fisher's ass here lately but it is a little much if you ask me.

He did this, and was branded as copying a Sugartree, and he never mentioned Eric or Sugartree cues.

He has made a South West style cue; but then again, who hasn't. Every cue maker out there has done a Bushka or Boti tribute. So, whats so wrong with Fisher doing it? The man even stated he contacted Dennis and moved forward with his blessing.

I think the cue is a beauty and that forearm is nutts. Great work Fisher, keep it up.

Bryan I think that your cues are awesome, I'm not a collecter and i don't know shit about what cue is the best or which is worth what. But I do know the passion and the dedication that you have for what you do. I have been down to his shop in Iowa and it is really impressive , Both you and rueben are Top Notch!!! I would be Honered to have a cue built by you and to all of the people that think there opionion means everything, If you can't say something nice, Don't say anything at all, If you can do better Build you own and put them on Here so some a-hole can critize your every move. Keep up the Great work and Keep the Awesome cues coming... Todd

I absolutely love Bryans work...I mean there are a few cues that I have seen him display on here that I didnt like...but thats just me...I dont care for particular woods (Im not an ebony man for one) but that being said....they look nice and I am sure they play as nice as they look....I know id love to have one

Wow

Call it what you want Bryan... Haters are going to try and bash you and what you do... Cue building is an "art" and is open to interpretation just like anything else. If I was a "Artist" I would be honored that my constituents were inspired enough by my designs to pay tribute to them in there own way. Your cues are looking better and better these days as I look forward to seeing pictures of the next one you put up. Fisher cues have always played exceptional, and now they are beginning to look that way also. My two cents...

All comments aside I love the look of this cue. The BEM is great. I'll be posting a pic of a simular looking cue in a few days. Congrats on a great looking cue and thanks for posting pics of it.
