To continue our quest to streamline our operation and provide excellent customer service we are changing this account to a General Service account for JB Cases.

We would like to welcome Lisa Thomas to our team and between her and myself, Mike Caplin, we will be taking care of your JB Case needs and questions which come up through AZB. We will try to change this account name to JB Cases - Service in order to avoid confusion for the members of this forum.

We would like to thank all of our customers and friends for all of your support over the years. Please bear with us in this time of transition as we work to improve every single aspect of our business. We want to make the process of ordering and getting custom cases unlike any you have experienced in your life.

As many of you know we are a true custom shop meaning that there is almost nothing we won't try. With that comes an awful lot of details for each order that we must attend to. These details often are buried in conversations spanning many channels like AZB's pm system, email, Facebook, skype and even good old fashioned paper mail.

A lot of you have put up with delays and excuses and while we have mostly delivered cases you have been happy with we know that it should not be a frustrating experience at all. We promise, all of us, to work hard over the next few months to insure that no customer has to ever send a reminder, wait unreasonably long, or receives anything other than what they ordered.

Sincerely,

All of us at JB Cases

So will this allow you to field more service issues than if you had just left it the way it was, or is it just you trying help keep yourself from posting in threads on other things (outside of service issues) that end up being the same old drama with JB and the case making crew?

Will Lisa have an AZ account as well?

Rollin rollin rollin
Keep them accounts a movin
Rawhide!

Hey, its a good case making song, yes?

Of course thats the way it is Mike.
No one would think any different.
Twas just asking.

The more AZ accounts that a company can have linked to them, the better.

Hey, did you like my song?
Do I get a free case? discount maybe.

So, I take it that you will be doing your business in the Sales Forum mostly?
Just so I know, in case I need to get a hold of you or something.

All JB Case employees who handle orders and customer service will do so through the company account and not through personal accounts.

You're saying that there will be people other than yourself that have access to your account (JB Cases Mike) which will now be the General Service account.

So let me get this straight and I am not addressing the OP, the head honcho of a company gets banned and now his business is allowed to open many more accounts to spam his business on the main forum?

I hope by bringing Lisa on board, it is a sincere gesture and not a public relation move.

They have been very helpful in getting donations to Lisa. With the terrible problems Amanda has gone through some may have forgotten Lisas trials.
We all should do what we can to support our own when in need.

There but for the grace of God . . .

I'll gladly give them a break for their transgressions at this time

A big thank you for the introduction, and the opportunity to join the JB Cases team!!

The idea is that this is to become a general service account, where product inquiries can be addressed, any new product can be showcased, and available product can be listed for sale. Over the next few months we are looking to revamp the way the orders are handled and streamlining the entire ordering process to avoid the delays and lost/misplaced orders and/or order details that have unfortunately occurred in the past.

It is my goal to help achieve the most positive customer experience possible when choosing to commission a JB Case. We understand that ordering a custom cue case is a very personal decision, and we want that journey to be just as special as it would be when you order a custom cue. I'm going to do all that I can, along with the rest of the JB Cases team, to help make that happen.

Thank you and I look forward to working with you to make your dream case(s) realized.

JB Cases has one account. That account will be monitored by whichever reps are best able to deal with the needs of the customers. Currently these are Ms. Thomas and myself.

When we have a case for sale it may show up in wanted/for sale section. When we have a case to show off then it will be posted in the Gallery section. And when there is some case-related topic which we need to address in the main forum we will post there. In this way we hope to be able to provide excellent customer service.

Thank you,

Mike

Just curious on a couple of things;

1. It appears 'Mike' has sold three cases since joining this board in May - that's one a month, roughly. Why does JB cases need two people to administer one sale a month? What do they actually do?

2. Given public relations has been aired, is JB still giving 5% of sale proceeds to AZB?

Finally, what a soap opera! Who needs EastEnders when you've got John Barton?!

The actual work on AZB isn't very much. We just wanted to make it clear that there is a Customer Service account and who is staffing it.

We gave 5% of proceeds for a fixed period and provided the complete details of that initiative after it was done. Currently we are not giving any of the sales revenue garnered through the sales made in the Wanted/For Sale section. We would be certainly willing to pay a percentage of sales as long as other commercial sellers will do the same. We had hoped that some others would voluntarily follow suit but it doesn't seem as if any did so.

There is nothing "sincerely" about it??? It'a all about making money. Nut cutting time.

Where are the moderator's??? It's "always" been commercial.

You are one sick pup, john. Its obvious you are using this account. There's not another human being that would write long winded replies every 5 mins and also "debate" every comment until you've had the last word. Your posting style is such that you can't help but give yourself away every time you spit in azb's face when they ban you.

You got major issues and forums are something you need to stay away from. I just can't grasp the fact of how some people can't stay away from here and then stab the owners of the site in the back by making a mockery of their attempt to want some order around here.

It seems to me that this "Service Announcement" thread for JB Cases really belongs in the "Wanted/For Sale" forum as the intent of any JB Cases thread is to sell cases.

It also appears to me that Lisa having access to the jbcases-mike account is in violation of the forum rules against people having multiple accounts.

Since Lisa has access to the jbcases-mike account, I think it's reasonable to assume that John Barton also has access to this jbcases-mike account, which would be in violation of the spirit and intent of his JB account being banned.
