Okay...I read a bunch of post on the forum about how Scott helped them with their game..so i decided i would give it a try...Had a session with him on SAt. All i can say is DAMN...what a session...I thought I knew how to play..(well i really can) but Scott showed me so much in just a 2 hour session. I wont give to much info..not because Scott doesnt want it shared..(He verbally told me he doesnt care...the info is out there and has been for a long time) but because i dont want to spoil the enjoyment of you as a pool player seeing things in Real life and real time like I did, reflective of you pool game..i saw more and learned more about myself in the frist 35 min of the lesson than i have in past 15 years of shooting pool. I have video taped myself before, but never really knew what to look for..Scott didnt show me about pool, He showed me about myself. Scott was friendly, humorous, and an excellent teacher..he never bad mouthed another program or instructor. He told me its was about me becomeing a better pool player and his desire to see me improve..now i realize that Im gona have to change some major things about my stroke..which i am wiling to do and currently working on.but im gona give you a true test of just what 2 hours will do..I told Scott i had a small tournament to play later that day..I played some guy who i was much better than and have beaten before..so no problem there..now i get called to play a guy who is a jam up player who gives everyone the 8 and still goes thru the field like a hot knife thru butter..I play this guy, and i remember what Scott said..dont try to change everything at once..so i only worked on my preshot routine and sighting method...and just by doing these two things..my god...he never knew what hit him...and i beat him pretty bad..with 2 break and runs...when i went to tell the TD that i won..people were whispering damn "Tony beat Terry..that fast that bad..damn" I ended up playing my Apa captain later on...and i put a break and run on him as well, and he even said wow something diffrent on your approach to playing ...your playing jam up. I didint win ..but i approached a couple of people to play some cheap sets...and got turned down by many who normaly, would jump to play me. Thanks so much Scott for you time and your dedication to me as a pool player..I loved the statement.."Tony you will always be my student, even if you never get another lesson from me" Im telling you Scott Lee is the real deal..He loves what he does and you can tell it by his teaching ...its not just another session that he has to do, nor just a chace to collect some cash. .he really wants you to absorb what he teaches and apply it to your game..
