Should there be a different section for High End cues?

Kev, you are right ,,90% of the time i post a price but serious buyers usely call and close out the deal over the phone ,,pm and email just to get started,,if you are going to buy call and close it out,,,,simple as that,,,,I am very easy to deal with as most of you know,,

Yeah that's the way I figure it. In the super high end arena where you hang out, you are going to end up on the phone to make the deal anyway, might as well start there.

Like I said, I'm as curious as the next guy, and would always love to know what the prices you guys are asking for your stuff, but its just curiosity, I'm not buying, and if I'm not buying, I'm not calling. So I understand the wishing you would post the prices (to satisfy my curiosity). The part I don't quite get is where that wish translates into folsk telling other folks how they should do business.

I found Kenny's prices more than fair! Great guy to deal with.If you ask a stupid question (you mean thousand) and get an answer you are not happy with why would you bring it here showing everyone. I have yet to have a price quote in pennies or pesos. Often they say 9k that would be $9,000 DOLLARS. Ron

I know that as a Azer of only a few months duration, I have unintentionally stepped on a few toes with my ineptness, and even annoyed some with expressing personal views which should have never been expressed on the forum. At the very least, some of my comments/opinions deserved to be conveyed either in a PM or a telephone call. Regardless, I've learned some important lessons along the way and fortunately, I haven't embarassed myself with my knowledge of cues. I have less than an in-depth expert knowledge but a lot more than just a cursory one.

The forum member that contacted you reminded me of something akin to some of my behaviors. New members need to become quickly accustomed to the fact that the forum is a large fishbowl and anything you say, do or fail to do will be observed by others....and in turn judged....and impressions get formed. Right, wrong or indifferent, we judge people initially by their words and then their actions. The words part can hurt you as much as your actions....I've learned that lesson and so I offer this posting to others as food for thought.....say what you mean and mean what you say is a wonderful adage but it's incomplete.

Just like a carpenter always measures twice so he only has to cut once....think about how others other than the recipient will view your comments before stating them...sort of like checking the measurement twice before cutting...Because once you trim the wood, if it's wrong you can't add it back....and once you express your comments on the AZ forum...well....Nuf Sed.....Matt

When I saw his posting I searched the forum for manzino cue and I got onto this thread

The site mentioned in that thread showed those cues in the range of 1500-3000 (which was in my price range) and the seller said he wanted to move the cue so I asked that "STUPID" question, I'm sorry for my ignorance and I apologize for being curious.

and I didn't say anything to make his price public, I respected his wish to keep the price private thats why I used 'X's and never mentioned the name.

Again sorry for any trouble caused to anyone.
