Looking to order a new custom (my first order) and I love the look of segmented wraps. Needing some Ideas, and wondering who to go to? I love my Omen, but want to experience something new too... was thinking about going to BCM or Carmeli. suggestions anyone?

My Jim Lee Custom - coming together

Here are some pics of the handle being put together for my Jim Lee custom "GoTulane" cue.

It will have ebony rings in the segmented handle with my Tulane University colors around them(blue/green/white)

I should have the complete cue in a few months.

Jim is great to work with - this is the 3rd cue he has done for me.

Hope this helps.

This cue is my favorite cue I have ever owned.

Segmented handle Ginacue. 3 pieces of snaakewood seperated by silver and ivory beauty rings.

I love how all the browns, oranges and yellows make for a colorful contrast.

Thx,
JimmyK

This is my only segmented handle cue, but it´s one of my favourites out of my collection, too.
I was lucky to get this masterpiece from Andy Gilbert last year at the EXPO.
Thanks to Sean Brown to sell this cue to me and his and Andys design ideas for that cue.

And of course thanks to Lisa "Ridethewind" on AZ for the name of the cue -
INDIAN SUNSET - i still love it :bow-down::bow-down:

I hope you all will enjoy on of my collages again,
Erich

This is gands down one of the hottest, if not THE hottest segmented handle cue I've ever seen!!! To me, its a perfect example that a segmented wood handle has much more appeal than a segmented ivory handle!!!

This cue ROCKS!

This cue is why Ernie is so damn good at what he does. The colors are great and everything is set so well. Thanks for posting.

Just a omen of mine to maybe fire up your old passion for omen again ;)

the handle itself comprises of 72 ivory inlays :) enjoy :)

Thanks for the comments on my Ginacue. I enjoyed working with Ernie to get just the right symmetry and balancing all the colors. The final product left me speechless.

One other note: Ernie said this was the most difficult handle he has done in 47 years of cuemaking. 66 pieces of snakewood relaminated back together to form a masterpiece.

WOW, the design I had in mind just got blown out of the water. All of those look amazing, from the Omen to the "seven wonders" and everything in between, yes, even Tulane makes the cut! ha

Gorgeous cues all, thanks much for sharing:thumbup:
