I'll start with mine.It came with a cheap looking leather wrap and I had Chris Byrne replace it with linen. So this makes it a 1of 1 of sorts.

Lucasi

Hey MM,

That's too much cue for you.
Below are a few pics of my most prized Lucasi cues

Let me know what you think.
If you don't see the images after a few minutes, then check out my pics in the Lucasi sub-forum

Peace, enjoy

I only started this thread because Cues Blues suggested it.
Now where is that Lucasi sub forum...............................................

It is located in the main forum page, between the "original" Signed Balabushka cues forum, and the MOOCHI forum - which is above the firewood forum.
You can't miss it!!!

BTW - to CMD - I believe it actually tripled the price of his Lucasi to add the linen wrap.

Can't wait to see more pics of more Lucasi cues - But I believe all of the collectors have them locked away in secret vaults, and will probably not share the pics.

they may not sell for a whole lot but everyone i run into that plays with one can give me the 8.

Sam, it sounds like you need to practice a little more.

There also is the saying - it's not the wand, it's the magician...

Chris <---- used to own a Lucasi years ago

there aren't many people that don't need to practice more. it just seems that most of the people using lucasis are investing the price difference, between a high end custom, into table time or action

I don't know about cues.. but I have a pic of the manufacturing staff at break time..

LOLOLOL Thats so funny I cant stand it.....It's a sad thing and about the darkest humor there is, i feel bad laughing but its probably true. I have one Lucasi I bought in Germany It's well made, straight, good linern wrap, gray stained BEM. I cant make a ball with it, I have tried 3 different ferrels and probsbly 6 or 7 different tips. Its the worst playing cue I own(now) I got rid of 3 other ones that played worse. I have played with a few Lucasi cues that playe great-I just got a dud.

Bump for more lucasi pics

Since we only have one Lucasi cue pic posted, would like to see more!!

I have owned a few, and really did not like how any of them played, except for one that was not the uni-lock joint - it had a 3/8 x 10 big pin. Great playing cue, but it went the way of many of my cues- SOLD for cash!!!

Let's see more pics!!

Yes I suggested it, but if I suggested that you go out and play on I-70
during rush hour traffic would you do that too?

I tried to REP you for that one buddy, but it said must spread it around first. I`ll get you some REP later on. That was pretty damn funny.

I'm not taking all the heat alone
Now where on I 70 did you have in mind that I play?
And should I play 9 ball or 8 ball on I 70?
And of course you can play!

It finally came after waiting 4 yrs for it. Its got a real stiff taper to it & its a 1 of a kind Lucasi. Its even got a special name for it ''The Sweeper'' It also came with an extra long shaft like I wanted (highly sought after old growth wood). This cue will sweep the dust over any player you go up against. Now for the pics. Enjoy

Special stitching around the base of the cue

I even spent alittle more $$ for copper colored ring work on the handle.
