It seems I owe you an apology sir...I understand it wasn't your fault that the shipping itself was late, and for making a big deal over THEIR issue was wrong...I take full responsibility for being an ass over that. In the future with anything, I'll recommend AND pay more for shipping overnite during the winter months. I know this is too little too late, I understand that, but wanted to publicly apologize for my ignorance in this situation. I know I acted COMPLETELY inappropriately, and again, for that I'M SORRY!!!!!!!!!! I have had time to calm down and get my thinking straight, so it seems now that all is right in my world...so one more time Bob Owen, I offer you my DEEPEST apologies. I know this is nowhere near enough, but its all I can do to TRY to rectify anything I've done. I got the cue this monday like you thought, and after changing the tip to a useable tip I like, it plays just fine. Thanks for being considerate in your replies here...I'm gonna check into anger-management therapy cause since my accident, I have NO sympathy, or regards for anything going wrong anymore.
