Hey folks, just trying to find the best deal I can on Simonis 860 for a 9fter. Does anyone with experience on both think the "HR" is a better product? This is a home installation so long wear/stain resistance is not as important. Any AZ'rs sell this stuff?

I think I'd like the Tournament blue.

BTW does anyone have a 9ft piece of used cloth(simonis or Championship) that's in decent shape that was maybe kept after a recover? I have a buddy that has NO MONEY but really really really needs some. Doesn't have to be great just decent. All he needs is the piece for the slate. If you can help THANKS!

As for The Blue 860, call me, and let me know when you want it-

I like my HR. Dartman took care of me. Low price and instant service.
 
I went from 860 to 860HR (green in both cases). To me, the HR seems to be closer to 760 in speed; it's quite a bit faster than 860. As for marking, the HR seems to mark just as easily as the 860, but the marks are a little less visible. In fact, with the HR, I notice a lot of small round marks in front of the rack, apparently from the cue ball coming down after it jumps up on the break. I don't remember this happening with the 860.

I got the 860HR for two tables from Bigtruck. Give him a shout - you won't be disappointed.

Did you get a used piece for your buddy? If not, I have a 9ft bed cloth that had just a few hours of use.

what r the chances that you have the rails as well, if you still have it what would you take for it, i have a 9ft.er and don't want to spend alot of $$$$$$$$$$ to cover it, i presently have mali cloth and it's terrible. any suggestions would be appreciated as well.

I'm in the same boat here as ugotactionTX had. I have a buddy who has a 9' table with really horrible 'red' felt, super thick and a few small rips in it. He has no money to upgrade either.

Does anyone have some slightly used simonis 860 or HR they would like to donate or sell for cheap? He would need the rails as well, but any start would help. Maybe a group donation could get the necessary pieces.
