I really like Doug too, I enjoy chatting with him when we watch feeds. I'm very confident he will continue to feel good as long as he is consistant with his wieght loss, the relief that is on his whole body cant be over stated.
I have been over weight-I was when I was a kid, I'm not so skinny now LOL

since I got sidelined from the gym I have put on some fat, soon as I can get to the gym I will lose it because I like the benefits and the pleasure of food is NEVER better than how good it feels not to have the excess weight, I have done good considering how long I have been unable to excecise-enough about me, I just wanted to establish my credentials before i give advice. Doug here is a bit of advice(I know everybody gives it to you-but please bear with me ok?)

So here it is:
Every time you go to eat or are eating there are 2 possible things it(the food) can be, its a assett or liability. Thats it!! So when you decide to eat ask your self is good or bad? and how much you eat is it enough or too much?
Food is out best medicine or worst poisen. too much or the wrong thing will kill anyone, the right stuff keeps us alive.
So just look at EVERYTHING you eat/drink EVERYTIME is it good/bad or the right amount or too much. When you do this its impossible to poisen your self any more, those days are long gone.
Is is a assett or liability??? answere that before you take another bite, and dont take the bite if its a liability, if its a assett take the bite. Its just that simple!
If you think about it, it is the truth, no foods are inert(meaning they dont have any calories or nutritional value).
