We are having a tournament Aug 28th & 29th - First place is $5000.00 guaranteed - The only way to play in this tournament is to place in the top three in a qualifying event - Pro players and anyone that has won any regional tour event in last five years are not eligible – PLAYER SKILL LEVEL VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED, “call ahead so we can start the investigation”

There are 3 qualifying skill levels listed as A, B, and C – Players compete within their own class in the qualifiers – “A” Qualifiers will be a race to 8, B’s race to 7 and C’s race to 6, all single elimination – Qualifiers will run each Saturday starting July 10th and ending August 21st - Start times for the qualifiers are 11:00 AM for the C class, 1:00 PM for the B class and 3:00 PM for the A Class – Three players from each class qualify each week (9 players total each week) – After 7 weeks we will have 63 qualified players – Entry fee to each qualifier is $20.00 – A random drawing will select the 64th player from the players that did not win entry in a qualifier

The Main Event on Aug 28th & 29th will be a double elimination with each player racing to their handicap (A’s 8, B’s 7 and C’s 6) – First place is guaranteed $5000.00 – Second through Sixteenth place will be paid based on a percentage of the total purse from the qualifying entries - Pro players and anyone that has won any regional event in last five years are not eligible – PLAYER SKILL LEVEL VERIFICATION IS REQUIRED, “call ahead so we can start the investigation”

Q: Most asked question has been "how much will first place be if you don't get a large number of players at each qualifier"

A: $5000.00

Hey ryan-kevin can play in anything he asks to play in-its crazy-tony let him play as a b in the empire state amatuer-so he wins it
then he wins a joss tourney outright-
maybe we can let him play as in a c tournament so we can round out his resume

Thanks for the info - After looking at Kevin Guimond's 2010 stats we did see he won a Predator Pro stop event - He will be refunded his money and disqualified from this event

Help on any player is welcomed

Thank you!

Jarrod Clowery has been entered into the Rolling Rock $5000.00 Challenge due to the disqualification on Kevin Guimond - Kevin Won a Predator Pro stop in May of 2010 in doing so made him ineligible to play in our event - In Kevin's defense the win was in a field of 5 or 6 players and the official winner was decided on a coin flip - Still, due to the rules of play his entry will be refunded

Jarrod Clowery has just returned to the game - His last regional win was January 2005 NYC Billiard Tour Stop which is just outside the 5 year window

shouldn't all of that have been checked out before you let him travel, and play in the event.
