Me,

I want to take the day off and flip the boob tube between the SuperBowl in Phoenix (Glendale burb) and the golf tournament in Phoenix (technically I think it is in Scottsdale). Golf tournament had something like 200,000 there today so tomorrow??? And crowd (38,000 watching at some of the holes) is booing if the pro doesn't make the green. So its insanity in the sun tomorrow;) ;)

So, where are you going to be?

SuperBowl kickoff will be about 7am HK Time. I'll be in a bar having American Breakfast and cheering with my American Colleagues. I'll go for the Giants simply because I work for a Yankee. ;)

where am i gonna be? let me know if you find me thanks.

i hope to feel good enough to play tomarrow, that would be great, i worked 12 hours again today.

have fun everyone and I dont have a pick on the game, the line is spot on as is the total, but if I was forced to bet I would take the Giants @ +350 on the money line. If they lose they will lose by more than the line so take the odds not the points, but I dont like the bet and didnt bet it.

Super Bowl

Anybody know what time (EST) the actual kick-off is? I want to miss all the pre-game hoopla. I have lots of firewood to cut today and just want to be sure to see the first quarter. If the odds-makers are correct it won't be much of a game after that.

Kick off is scheduled for 6:15 or so Eastern Standard Time.

I will personally be glad when the Super Bowl is OVER andf life returns to normal in the Valley.

It is a Game for the Rich, not the Fans who supported their tems making the trip to Glendale to play in the Big Barrel Cactus.

I'd love to watch SuperBowl, haven't watched it for 3 or 4 years. (not to mention I never watch football except SB :D)

With the in-laws in north Houston. I think the Pats should win, but I'm rootin' for the underdogs. Go Giants!

TX Poolnut<----No dog in this SB fight.

Will be at a party playing some pool and watching the game. I have no rooting interest in the game so I will be cheering for the Pats so that all the 72 Dolphins geriatrics will just go away.

gf is cooking like she should (bless her ass), fridge is loaded, and non of that stuff is leaving the house including me. nue yark by 10.

At the parades and eating crawfish, barbecue chicken, hamburgers, sausage, corn on the cob, mushrooms and potatoes all free at Buffalo Billiards as they celebrate The Super Bowl (all you can eat-FREE).
HAPPY MARDI GRAS.

STUPID BOWL XLII
Barb put two beef sirloin tip roasts in the pressure cooker first and then cooked them for 24 hours in an aw jew gravy. We're having HOT roastbeef po-boys, potato salad, cold beer, chocolate cake, Bugles, Fritos and Lays potato chips. I'll probably fall asleep before kickoff while rubbing my belly, but I'm taping it for 6 hours.

Doug
( I'll probably celebrate the Super Bowl with a Super Bowel ) :)

Dang!!

I should have known Buff would do folks right for the bowl! Sitting at home all by my lonesome but too lazy to try to get out this late. Traffic is starting to back-up on the sled here in Laplace, has been since I went out a little before four o'clock.

C'mon Teams......Hurry Up And SCORE

My wife and I play "Strip Super Bowl". We each pick a team and each time that our team scores, the other of us has to take off an article of clothing. It used to keep our marriage alive and full of fun, but now, if the score gets TOO high, we simply change the channel to the Law & Order marathon on USA Network........

( praying for a 3-3 overtime game..... imo ) :)
