I just stumbled on this vid from JCIN/TAR. It has some expert instruction on breaking techniques by Sarah Rousey. If you wanna break like a champ, you need to see this..

i know that guy from the billiards life booth that pretended to pitch from san diego. he taught me how to break playing 1 pocket and tried to teach me the concept of the game. he's a good guy

yeah he's cool as cash. everyone that meets him likes him. from what i remember he used to play decent too. he was nice enough to show me some basic take outs and corrected some of my 9 ball patterns
 
SR has always been on my short list of faves (no joke intended). But I didn't know she was a White Sox fan. She just climbed the list another couple of notches. ;)
