Any idea what year they are on? Got on the list a long time ago just in case.
In January of 2020 they were working on the end of orders for 2005.2006 is what I heard recently
Not sure that's something you should try to make sense of.Crap, one can get a Ferrari painted in any color you desire, stitched with any thread you desire, using any color leather you desire, with any options you want; in only 3 years wait time.....
I’m on that list also. Got 23 months to goCrap, one can get a Ferrari painted in any color you desire, stitched with any thread you desire, using any color leather you desire, with any options you want; in only 3 years wait time.....
pretty sure the Ferrari list cost way more to be on, probably why it's a shorter listI’m on that list also. Got 23 months to go
I think I've heard there is no cost to get on the Southwest list. If that's the case, I wonder what the wait would be if everyone that put their name in had put a couple grand up.I’m on that list also. Got 23 months to go
I don’t remember exactly when I got on it. I know it was quite a while ago. In 2020 they were finishing up 2005 and I still had about 6 years to go. So a good 3 years yet depending on how much time they lost with covid.I think I've heard there is no cost to get on the Southwest list. If that's the case, I wonder what the wait would be if everyone that put their name in had put a couple grand up.
I think part of the SW ethic is the low, loving attention to craftsmanship, output. Subscribers know the conditions. I don't think they (SW) feel any need to compromise their trade trying to catch up.I know they are some fine cues, But a freaking 17 year backlog??? Hire some damn people. You can easily weed out crap employees and put very strict quality control on things.
I'm not talking about cutting any quality what so ever. It's just a piss poor model. I'll place an order today. Hopefully with no down payment. Then maybe in 17-20 years I'll possibly get somethingI think part of the SW ethic is the low, loving attention to craftsmanship, output. Subscribers know the conditions. That cue sounds like it goes well with your posting style lolI found a cheap Chinese cue with a 3/8 11 pin and wood thread shaft. That'll do for me.
Yea you kinda know it will take 15 years or so. My name should come up about the time my grandson starts college. Figure it will make a nice graduation presentwow. when you ordered in 2006 did you know it would be nearly 20 years to get your cue ?
