Just letting everybody know that this is the most exciting event to happen in our game in a very long time. It is extremely important that everybody gets the word out to let everybody know about it!

For the forum members that have myspace - Today I posted a bulletin with the flyer and event information. I ask everybody to repost that bulletin - all you have to do is reply to sender - copy the entire thing - then post a new bulletin by pasting that information in the dialogue box - by doing so, we penetrate through the myspace billiard network and let everybody know about this awesome event!

Also... if you have an industry related website - blog - whatever - make room to advertise for this event! below I will provide the HTML code to the color flyer - and I will also provide the image ... put this on your website to let others know about it.

Chad and Justin have worked their tails off on this project, and they have done it for us, then fans and players. Please show your appreciation and support by spreading the word!

I'm not that familiar with streaming videos, would it let you download the video for your own personal use? If feasible, I don't know if that would be against the purchase agreement or not.

A challenge to the AZ Billiards Community.. I challenge each and every one of you to go to your poolroom and pass along information about this event. Talk to the owner/manager and let them know about this event.

Print off the flyer (Hopefully this is somehow possible right David?) and ask them to advertise it like alot of the sportsbars with the UFC.

If we want cuesports to reach mainstream we have to support TAR ourselves and spread the word to others players/fans to let them get the word out.

Good viewer numbers for this event can go along way when trying to reach out for outside sponsorship etc. DO YOUR PART!!! Spread the word.

I am sure there is some 16 year old out there that can do it but I don't know how to, and if I did, I probably wouldn't tell. :D :D :D :D
 
I just copied the flyer in Blackjack's post, and pasted it to a new Word document, and printed it in color. Presto! A flyer! Will hang it in my local poolhall!

You see our Art Department was having some communication issues with our Marketing and Ad Copyrighters. We have to get them synergized and then jump through all of the proper hoops with Legal before it will go to the Web and Print Editors for approval. We are working diligently on shifting paradigms in order increase our ability to leverage our flexibility in order to reduce lag time.

As you can see it is a fairly involved process to get done in the 24 hours since Mark Griffin called me and said "What do you need".

I also want to say that entire worldwide staff of the giant enterprise that is the Action Report would like to thank BlackJack for everything he is doing to help us. You are the man Sir!

Are there any unofficial odds on this match, or what do people think? Maybe this should be a new thread if people are interested in speculating.

Hey Ironman and Stones, you think we could get this piped into Fast Eddie's that weekend for the SA tourny?

That way everyone at the tourny could be watching this as well!

If you have a laptop with an s-video out you should be good to go. Just fiddle with your display settings a little. You can use an adapter to go from the 1/4" speaker out on the laptop to RCA cables that plug into most sound systems. Think Ipod adaptor.

Boom. You just wired the big screen for sight and sound. Not sure how the picture would look at 62" might be tolerable from a distance. We are going to experiment some with this. I'll let you know what we come up with.

Please do let us know how this works out. I would try to get everyone to bring laptops and do posting while watching the live streaming.
