He talked to the someone from the company and they replaced it for free. I sweat too much to use leather, but if I was going to try leather I would go to a company with such great customer service. They were very generous with my friend.
And he's the authority folks.CrownCityCorey said:Windex is sure not the way to go. A "Pledge" type of spray will suffice, and give your cue a lemony scent![]()
Man that wrap is gorgeous! It really matches the colors of the wood in the forearm. I'm jealous! Who did that one for you?Jeeves said:![]()

Wow, well it certainly shows, what a master. That wrap was very tastefully done!CrownCityCorey said:That'd be the work of Elia--Stack Wrap Inventor and Tiger Products Founder.
We'll be at the Super Billiards Expo doing wrap on site in a couple weeks.
Don't take it personally, but I'll probably be giving my Gilbert to Andy at SBE to take back and replace the Stack Wrap with regular leather. Mine was done by you guys, but in the end I just don't like the way it looks especially the ends where they taper down. I think anybody considering one should see one live to determine if the look appeals to them. BTW, I have no problem with the feel of it, though I would not describe it as the same as linen, leather, or wrapless. Closer to wrapless than anything I guess.CrownCityCorey said:That'd be the work of Elia--Stack Wrap Inventor and Tiger Products Founder.

If you are bringing the cue to SBE, you ought to bring it by our booth before you make any changes. We'll do our best to get what you are looking for.
