That's even better!
1. You make arrangements to provide a lecture hall at your institution or we arrange one nearby.
2. We provide a live stream, and that will also enable you to invite all your faculty and student body, as well as your colleagues in Europe and around the world. It gets around all the costs and complications of foreign travel.
3. If you want to present other topics less billiard-related, you can do that following your billiards lecture.
3. We can post the press release here on AZB as well as numerous institutes around the world.
4. If you have other presenters who want to make demonstrations or provide a seminar they're welcome to join in. (I attended a lecture on Thursday that had additional lecturers following each other online.)
5. After your lecture, we can have an informal reception and meet-and-greet at Amsterdam Billiards or another local bar or restaurant.
The title you proposed for your lecture won't work as it won't attract anyone from the world of billiards.

In-person and Online Lecture and Presentation:
Modern Innovations in Billiards
by Justnum
Justnum (we'll use your real name) describes himself as a creative and innovative thinker, and has turned his advanced mathematics and physics knowledge to focus on the world of billiards.
Justnum has developed a set of magnetic billiard balls using a proprietary "Justin Lock" that enables the balls to lock together forming a perfect 'tight rack' every time, and eliminating the need for artificial means to prepare the balls for play. Justnum will demonstrate his magnetic balls live and discuss their use.
Justnum has also developed a "Justin Theory" which leads to a friction-less billiards cloth. This new cloth will enable ...... (you can fill this what the advantages are and how they'd affect the modern game.)
This lecture will be held at:
(Location Address you can provide)

A simultaneous live stream will be held at:
(Youtube channel for Billiard Physics. I'll set that up.)
A question-and-answer session will follow.
An informal reception will be held from 9pm to 11pm at

I think this will work well.
As soon as we get it finished and set the date, I can send the Press Release to the American Institute of Physics, and the American Institute of Mathematics, as well as numerous other science organizations, as well as some billiard leagues and clubs.
