Well, no. You're not providing ideas, you're still providing word-salad, together with the NEW image-salad.
Spend $10 and buy a set of those kid's toy magnetic balls. Try and set them up as if you were racking 8-ball, and then try to play a mini-pool game with them. You'll see the problem.
You have stuff in your basement you can use to make a fabric covered capacitor. Try it with your magnetic balls and you'll see the problem.
You're proposing a multi-year project, with the apparent end goal that it will "perform similarly to a pool table". Why not just use a pool table? You haven't proposed any value for this project, except that it will pay for your Doritos, Diet Pepsi, and weed. Why do you think your project, even if it could be done, would be useful to anyone?
You could propose a 49cc gasoline-powered Pogo Stick, and that's something that could be made, but who would want it? (Well, actually, I would kind of like to have a Turbo-Pogo for myself, particularly if it comes with the 'off-road' package and Full Self Driving!)
A timeline isn't just an end-date. It's a 'line' of dates. You need to describe your project in steps, with an estimated time for each step.
