Dennis did get his O-1 (exceptional athlete) visa from the USA, and he is in the process of attempting to have his five year ban reversed (it's a cumbersome process now going through the US Embassy in Manila). He did attempt to get a visa to go to the UK but did not receive it in time. In fact he is still waiting to hear back from the UK Embassy in Manila. The wheels of justice move slowly it appears. This entire legal process has been one long expensive slog.

Well the only way to make wheels of Justice is move fast in this case is Congressional Inquiry.

Have friend working for Member of Congress, or make large political contribution to get help maybe.

Did anyone notice that Filler hasn't been to the US for the past few tourneys? He has also been using a vistor visa and he has decided to no longer push his luck. Dennis and Aranas are the martyrs but they sure weren't the only ones doing this for years.
