72" with slots. I may just mount this on a stainless tube instead of the alum. channel but just in case I may as well get the slots.

Can you do them with Sherline slots and spacing? I was going to buy another mill table to mount my headstock and indexing CNC, but if you can meet the specs I would rather have one large bed than two small ones mounted on a piece of tooling plate....

Update

Well, It has been a slow moving process. I am going to do all of the initial milling on these beds myself, but because of some unexpected work at the sign shop, it has been put to the back burner for a short time.

I have a sign shop which has been in peril for quite a while now. Although, we have recently picked up a rather large job wrapping some vehicles for a local storm company. The problem with that is the beds have taken a back seat to the rest of the work for a couple weeks. I have the material here to start when I am done wrapping these vehicles, so as soon as I start, I will let everyone know. I'm sorry for the hick-up in time frame, but I have to maintain my customers, I'm sure you can appreciate that.

Thanks guys, just hang in there, its going to happen pretty soon!
