Who has today's schedule? Right now I'm seeing 8-ball, but I'm looking forward to more 14.1

Thanks

It says next round 1300, so Soon.

Is that Ouschan guy Jasmin's brother? How old?

Since Souquet is the only one I know of, I probably root for him. Sat next to him at Derby City and he seemed a pleasant fellow.

They must be nine hours ahead of Central time zone here in Chicago.

Can someone tell me wtf is up with that music?. Do the viewers only hear this music?, or are all those players playing to that music while they play?. LOL

Albin is Jasmin`s brother.I think he is 18 years old.Fat little kid with a robotic style of play.I think one of them must be from the postman. But he can PLAY.

Anyone else watching Jasmin?. Shes a hotty! :p

Roght now she's run like 30-40. I think that the tall kid on table 6 is pissing her off - every time he shoots,he extends his body all the way out to where he is almost touching Jasmin's table. She's shot him some fire out of her eyes about 2-3 times now. lol

Actually she ran 3 full racks plus a few balls, so more than 45. Trust me im paying attention ;) haha. This other girl is really slow though :(

Kynthia is slow and deliberate - but I believe she has taken her last shot.

Jasmin's run was 48.

Ya watching the socket right now. I have never heard of this other guy but he seems to shoot pretty sporty!

For those of you have never heard of Bruno Muratore from Italy, he is now ranked very high on the eurotour, and he did well in the World 8-ball Championship also, if I am not mistaken.

He is 40+ I believe, and didn't start to play very good pool before 1 - 1,5 year ago. He's always been one of the best Italian players, but now he is also making the balls on the international scene, which he struggled to do before.

I am pulling for Vegar Kristiansen and Line Kjorsvik now. Would be cool to get 2 European Champions. Actually Norway can get 3 European Straight Pool Champions!!

Also Norwegian Christian Johannessen in the Senior division are in the Quarterfinal, even though he's got a very tough draw against Tony Fransson, a swede. (Christian is member her on azb, under the name "pooladdict")

Norway is ranked 4th on the European Medals list from the European Championships throughout their 30 year long history, but it's been many years since the men, senior and youth won any medals. The last 10 years only Line Kjorsvik has been getting Norway medals, that's the reason why Austria now have passed Norway on the ranking.

The top 4 are:

1. Germany
2. Sweden
3. Austria
4. Norway

I watched Bruno play the other day, and I was very impressed with his skill, and his composure. He plays with a great attitude, always gives 200%. This will be a tough match for Ralf.

In the Team-competition Norway is still ranked 3rd. (Team consist of 3 players, with one player playing 8-ball, one 9-ball and one 14-1. First to 2 wins.)

1. Germany GER 52 gold in all diciplines
2. Sweden SWE 20 gold in all diciplines
3. Norway NOR 5
4. Poland POL 4
5. Austria AUT 3

Also silver and bronze counts on the ranking, so even if Poland or Austria gets better then Norway this year, Norway still have like 24 bronze-medals which also are worth points on the ranking.

Nice to see that Norway are still up there :D

Some of you might wondering where the Netherlands are in this ranking, since The Netherlands without a doubt nowadays belongs to the top in Europe. They produce new great young players every year, and they will climb on this ranking, that's for sure, but their first great player was Rico Diks, in 1996 I think.

Just after that Alex Lely, Nick van den Berg and Niels Feijen started to win some medals too, but before that The Netherlands had very few good players.

Where is Mikko today? Mikko (and all of the referees) have been doing a great job throughout the event. Very professional.

Perhaps he's having some hours off. It's very long days for the referees.

The refs are doing great every year, and are very nice people. The last 2 years I joined the ref/staff/coach-tournament, which is the night where the staff for both teams and organizer can chill out with some beer and playing a mini-tournament on the championship tables.
