Sugartree 8 Point, Curly Narra into Wenge with Buffalo Wrap---SOLD
Picked this up in May at the BCAPL Nationals. Stats are below:
Cue is 58" long.
Butt: Eight points of curly Narra into Wenge with a curly Narra butt sleeve. Joint pin is aluminum. The joint and butt ring material is "some plastic that looks like ivory" according to Eric. Wrap is black Buffalo and done very well, it has a nice soft feel with a texture that I really like. As most know a wrapped cue from Eric is unusual. Cue has Eric's micro-rings at all positions. Signed in the butt sleeve and made in 2010. Butt weighs 15.2 ozs
Shaft 1: Old growth maple and just plain amazing. Diameter is 12.98 mm by my calipers and rusty measuring skills. Has a longer taper than Eric's standard taper but still hits nice and stiff. This shaft is why I traded for the cue. It has a dark honey color and looks great. Tip is a Moori of some sort I think. Weight is 3.6 ozs
Shaft 2: Erics standard taper and whiter in color than the old growth shaft. Diameter is 13.06. I cant tell what the tip is, it is a non-layered tip that plays medium hard to me. Weight is 3.7 oz.
Priced to move today at $SOLD. No trades on this one and is for sale only in the United States. Payment via PayPal preferred. Cue will be shipped and insured via USPS Express Mail. Cue rolls straight as any I have owned. I am not a roll nazi if you are please walk on by. Buyer has 48 hours from receipt of cue to look it over and see if they find anything they dont like and return it for a full refund. The day the cue ships the buyer will receive the tracking info. Buyer also can have high resolution copies of the photos to use as they like.
This is a great cue that I really don't want to sell but somethings have come up that I need to take care of. Thanks for looking and if there are any questions please post them up.
