Upgraded ringwork at the joint which may make this cue a one off.
13.00 mm tip.
Micarta ferrule.
Straight grained Maple forearm.
Jara wood handle.
Straight grained Maple butt sleeve.
Total weight 20.00 oz..
Shaft weight 3.7 oz..
5/16-14 flat faced implex joint.

Is everything about the cue original? ie. joint, pin, shaft, ferrule, bumper. I realize it's been refinished, but is the cue the same as it was in 1981?

As far as I know yes. The rubber bumper may have been changed over the coarse of its life. The shaft is an original Schon shaft. The joint is an original implex joint from Schon.

I've hit with this very Schon before. The cue hits them lights out, and has a great balance to it.

Based on the catalog I would say it is all original. Kind of a fancy S1 model with the ring work from the other S series cues.

You don't see many of those with the implex joint.
