Stretching out that far over the table, it was a pretty incredible shot to get force follow on the cue ball.
It would have been nice if he had made the four ball.

Sorry, he did.... New To diagrams, he made it in the corner that it is lined up to.

I Guess i should play around some more on CueTable.com before i start posting layouts huh...

How do you rotate the cue to show the shot ?

How's This?

it sucks... haha

maybe you should practice with it in the test forum...

that shot looks goofy to me... i think it would have been easier to just use straight follow and come back to the center of the table. he came in really steep on the 5 and had a really small margin of error. nice shot nevertheless...

Dude i think it looks awesome and the level of stroke and skill needed for a shot like that is awesome. As for straight follow the natural angle would have put you behind the seven and the nine so why run the risk. Keep up the good work stevekur.

the 7 and 9 are not near the center of the table. the shot in question has about a 6 inch margin of error... now that's risky.

This isn't a force follow shot, is it???? I would just call it a extreme follow shot.

With the path that the cue traveled, I think it was force follow but Mika is probably the only one who could tell you that for sure.

Why didn't he just draw the ball? It looks straight in.

Maybe it was one of those goofy measle balls that take follow better than draw. It looks like he cheated a bit to create the angle needed. It looks like a "cowboy" shot that gets my arse in trouble all the time no matter how fun it is.

A ball can follow better than draw? I am serious, I have never heard of that?

It is already going forward isn't it? Must just be me, but I can force follow a heck of a lot better than draw, and I can draw pretty damn hard. It is has been my experience that certain balls do react to different strokes. A red circle draws much easier for me then a measle.

I Might not of set it up exactly right, but if he drew the ball the best he could of done was to end up on the wrong side of the ball. I was very impressed when i saw him play this shot in a tourney. Its one thing to play the shot for goofs, and another when it means something!
