As far as the shafts - you were offered the opportunity to return them but as you stated, you were out on a fishing boat and didn't return until a few weeks ago. That was 3 years ago.
I'm very sorry but we do not have a 3 year return policy.
My arrogance only comes through when I have to deal with bottom feeding cue makers which seem to abound in certain arenas. Fortunately that's very rare.

The word "hear" is being used improperly. "Hear" is listening. 'Here' is this point in time; at this point. You should have stated, 'you've never called anyone here stupid'. That would be the proper way to say it. I hope you learned something today.

It is very difficult to have an intelligent conversation with those who can only denigrate others with their AZ 'friends'.
You can disparage me over cue building but the proof is in the pudding. Some are bottom feeders looking for a free lunch. My success speaks for itself in this truly amazing but screwed up business that is filled with lowlife degenerate gamblers, druggies, losers, people who don't have two nickels they can rub together, alcoholics and mentally unstable people. That's the sport, hobby, game or whatever you want to call it. They give it a bad name for the good, clean and honest people who enjoy the game.
That's the sad truth. It's also filled with whiners. A whiner is a player who will blame others for their lack of skill. For example. They get down on a shot, miss and blame the women who walked out of the bathroom for their miss.

What have you done for billiards other than moan and groan? At least we offer the best pricing on the products that we sell. You and your ilk are upset because you can't compete with us. Top tier dealer? What is that? Someone who charges full retail and above? Dealers who charge MAP for their tips to rip off their AZ friends? Manufacturers who enforce MAP so that you get to pay a higher price? That's top tier. If so, I'm glad to be where we are. The discounters who blow away the competition. :grin:
Bottom line: we're successful in this screwed up business; many others are not.
We've seen hundreds of whiners, wannabees and hundreds of AZers come and go - we're still here (note the spelling).

Capt Chaos, you knew exactly who you were dealing with and you knew we don't put up with nonsense and whiners nor do we baby sit our customers. There are some intellectually challenged people who may believe your fishing expedition story, where you fell off the planet for 3 years and believe you're entitled to a 3 year return privilege. Typical AZ style.
