Yeah, mine keeps screwing up too. It was perfect last night. I didn't have one hiccup, but tonight I am getting the same problem you are. I will get video for a minute, but then it goes black and all I have is audio for 5 min. It sucks. Been trying to fix it all night, really pissing me off that I don't get to watch this match.

i was frist trying on my mac,

TAR guys, if you guys can't get mac's to work then i will no longer give you my cash.

so i then switched my my wifes pc, video ran great for about 90 minutes, now it is freezing every 20 seconds.

Have you emailed Justin about the issue?

I have macs. You have to download "flip4mac" which runs like windows media player. Then you have to make sure quicktime is open (it plays the video).

Once you do this, reboot all software.

i have flip 4 mac, it still doesn't run very well. I'll keep using wife's pc.

This is why I will not buy PPV online. most can't stream free to 40 viewers... hard to dish $20 for something that doesn't work yet.

You're the one missing out. 99% of the time, this time included, the problem is with the individual, not TAR. The PPV streams are much better quality than the free streams. You're knocking it before you try it and you're missing out because of it.

In another thread calired said that those of us with differing opinions should keep them to ourselves because we're hurting TAR. I wonder what he thinks about uninformed people blaming TAR publicly for problems thats on their end? They're obviously hurting TAR by putting bad info out & people are making bad decisions because of it.

I couldn't give a rats ass what the problem is or who is the cause... my end, their end, still results in paying for something that may not work... I can also remember a thread here where they dropped the feed. they posted people wanted a refund and then members posted keep the money. Seemed like the guys wanting a refund got outed asking for a service for the $20.

I dont care who it is streaming online. TAR, Accu stat, UFC or anyone else. If it isn't available for a few days past the live stream, I don't want it.

The above is based on Technology or the current lack of for live stream. This has nothing to do with TAR. It's the limitations of the internet

LOL, such anger. My only point to you was that you're missing out. The rest of my points were directed at others. LOL have a great night.

Agreed.

Sorry you pay for a product (whatever that is) the end result is delivery.

People say you should support "this or that" its not a corporation until you are a shareholder or receiving a percentage you don't have a stake.

Companies (unless your GM or a bank contributing to campaigns) rise or fall based on quality of service not charity .

I'm on a Mac and the feed has been VERY good. They did have a few issues earlier, but they rebooted and it has been great since.

My post was about all the people calling people nits and losers if they didn't buy the PPV or felt they didn't deserve to know the score because they didn't buy the PPV.

I actually said this too..

While this is a public forum, where we discuss about anything, where people and products are hammered or praised, you have to decide whether your going to help TAR or hurt TAR, by your comments that you post. There is nothing wrong with discussing your feelings on the feed or the people that are matching up, or the commentators, or the matches and whether they suck or their great. That's honest opinions given by a subscriber of their PPV, giving others insight into them making a decision on whether they may buy a PPV in the future or not.

I see nothing wrong with people discussing if they had a problem or not, they paid for it and they can offer a opinion on the feed. I understand they may be frustrated because they cannot get it for whatever reason. They may even wrongly portray TAR as being the problem, which obviously isn't good for their business. I also hope plenty of people come in and say how they watched it with no problem what so ever. Then everyone can make up their own mind on what they want to do. "Common Sense" would tell me if 60 people are raving about how great the PPV was and 3 others said it didn't work, I was surmise it was something not within TAR's control.

I'm a IT Administrator and I've spent 20 years providing support. I wouldn't even want to begin trying to walk thru people having problems with streams. There are so many issues with PC's these days with adware/spyware, firewalls, routers, all the video codecs floating around out there, everyone has a friend who is a expert and they end up screwing up the pc.

I do believe that TAR should come up with a very detailed FAQ for Windows and MAC that outlines in detail everything a person should do or check, complete with screenshots. I think if a person did that, that's about all they could do. Someone should compile everything they can of what works and doesn't work from all the people that have viewed the streams and put it all together.

TAR is also very good about promptly returning someone's money if they are dissatisfied for any reason.

I've never had one issue watching their broadcasts, except for the rare times that they experience a outage that everyone feels.

I finished watching the match on my wife's pc. It got a little buggy early, the time i wrote in this thread, but I guess everyone was having issues for a bit.

then they rebooted something on their end, then it was all good for the rest of the match.

This is lke the 10th match i've p;urchased from TAR and all have been great.

this match was great too.

thanks
