You're the one missing out. 99% of the time, this time included, the problem is with the individual, not TAR. The PPV streams are much better quality than the free streams. You're knocking it before you try it and you're missing out because of it.
In another thread calired said that those of us with differing opinions should keep them to ourselves because we're hurting TAR. I wonder what he thinks about uninformed people blaming TAR publicly for problems thats on their end? They're obviously hurting TAR by putting bad info out & people are making bad decisions because of it.
My post was about all the people calling people nits and losers if they didn't buy the PPV or felt they didn't deserve to know the score because they didn't buy the PPV.
I actually said this too..

While this is a public forum, where we discuss about anything, where people and products are hammered or praised, you have to decide whether your going to help TAR or hurt TAR, by your comments that you post. There is nothing wrong with discussing your feelings on the feed or the people that are matching up, or the commentators, or the matches and whether they suck or their great. That's honest opinions given by a subscriber of their PPV, giving others insight into them making a decision on whether they may buy a PPV in the future or not.
I see nothing wrong with people discussing if they had a problem or not, they paid for it and they can offer a opinion on the feed. I understand they may be frustrated because they cannot get it for whatever reason. They may even wrongly portray TAR as being the problem, which obviously isn't good for their business. I also hope plenty of people come in and say how they watched it with no problem what so ever. Then everyone can make up their own mind on what they want to do. "Common Sense" would tell me if 60 people are raving about how great the PPV was and 3 others said it didn't work, I was surmise it was something not within TAR's control.
I'm a IT Administrator and I've spent 20 years providing support. I wouldn't even want to begin trying to walk thru people having problems with streams. There are so many issues with PC's these days with adware/spyware, firewalls, routers, all the video codecs floating around out there, everyone has a friend who is a expert and they end up screwing up the pc.
I do believe that TAR should come up with a very detailed FAQ for Windows and MAC that outlines in detail everything a person should do or check, complete with screenshots. I think if a person did that, that's about all they could do. Someone should compile everything they can of what works and doesn't work from all the people that have viewed the streams and put it all together.
TAR is also very good about promptly returning someone's money if they are dissatisfied for any reason.
I've never had one issue watching their broadcasts, except for the rare times that they experience a outage that everyone feels.
