Just so everyone knows I Pm'ed Eddie on Monday or Tueday and worked it out where I could pay on Thursday no matter the results. I will forward it to whoever wishes to see it..

First I apologize and will do so publicly for claiming you were unpaid as the final minutes approached last nite. Please keep in mind that I agreed to your deal when you held three spots. But you are totally correct that I agreed to late pay for those three spots, and I forgot the agreement when posting last night. Fortunately you were not the only unpaid and the raffle would not have gone anyway. Fortunately also, your numbers didn't come up!

Thanks for coming in with your offer and payment on #44. Unfortunately 44 was one of Rack'Ems initial selection and RackEm is right that I agreed to accept payment for his spots on Thursday.
Would you like 5, 45, wait to see if another spot opens, or your money back?

Just checked the list and you have Rackem listed for every unpaid spot to include 5 and 45.
If he wants to keep #44 then I'll take #5 or whatever the last unpaid number is. If all the
numbers are paid then just refund my payment. No worries.

You know what all you guys just take my numbers...I didn't like the way this whole deal went down and then somehow I lost 5 and 45...So whoever wants my numbers now can have them..

Since you posted this complaint to me instead of RackEm I will respond. You withdrew your request for #5 and #45 by PM to me on 01-13-2009 at 01:49 PM. Meanwhile troyroy and Dartman asked for and paid for #5 and #45.
Many have asked for more spots in this raffle to fill the unpaid slots. Some have paid and some have not. Unless I have made some special arrangement for delayed payment - something I will never do again - I give them to the first to pay.
