Rules for Payment and Drawing
Here are my payment and drawing rules:
1. All payments must be RECEIVED by me 4 hours in advance of the Megamillions drawing that determines the winner or your spot is subject to resale. If all spots are sold AND PAID FOR 2 hours before the drawing -- we got action. Mega Millions drawings are held Tuesday and Friday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 10:00 p.m. Central Time, 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Drawings are held at WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia. (ed: Good luck trying to find out what the powerball number was since the people who run it are way late posting the results...)
So, for example, the 4-hour rule means if you live in California and haven't paid by 4:00PM PST tomorrow, then you may lose your spot. If I get the unpaid slots resold AND PAID in the next two hours -- we got action. If the lottery is full and you haven't paid I'll start emailing and PMing you before 4:00PM seeking payment. At 4:00PM I'll go to the backup offers. Those interested in making backup offers for the forfeited spots can PM me now.

Good job SouthWest fans! We have all spots taken. We have a backup offer from RoadRage who has history of prompt payment for any spots unpaid by 4:00PM today. That's, like, right now!. Courtesy PM's are now being sent to the unpaid's which must be paid through PayPal by 6:00PM PST or the spots will be resold to the backup offer from Roadrage.
Looks like we got a cue going off tonite!

I have to leave my computer for two hours. I do not know if all payments will be in by 7:00PM tonight PST. However, I promise to make all participants aware of a GO/No Go BEFORE THE DRAWING TIME OF 8:00PM PST tonight.

We are still awaiting payments from two participants and/or backups.
No drawing tonight unless all payments received by 7:00PM tonight PST (about 90 minutes from this post) AND I POST THAT PAYMENTS ARE RECEIVED BY 7:30PM PST. IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY FURTHER POSTS ASSUME PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED AND NO DRAWING TONITE.
