The black plastic corners look like the brunswick bristol, their most inexpensive table. But they play ok, a bit shaky because of poor support but all in all not to bad.

not sure what make it is but I am sure it is not a Brunswick Bristol....similiar look though

I was thinking either Bristol or a low end Olhausen...I just want to knock around balls to keep me in stroke, so I think this one can serve my purposes. Thanks for your help...anyone agree or disagree?

After looking again you are correct, it is not a bristol, the legs are different and the plastic corners are slightly different.

Yes, Olhausen did sell (not make, but sell) a model that looked like that a few years ago. I think they called it a Patriot if memory serves. Looks similar to that, but I think the blinds were rectangular, not angled like those.

I was also thinking it looks a LOT like a Kasson. Hard to tell in the pic, but if it is a Kasson it will have 2 screws per blind right in the side into the frame.

I believe AMF made a couple models with a similar build as well.

At any rate, for $500 it's a good deal for something to bang around on. If you like the style of the table, go for it. Wether Olhausen, AMF or Kasson, all of those table go together fairly simply (with experience) and level up really nice for a low-priced table. I think you'll be pleased.

Let us know if you buy it if you are happy with it. Seems like you've been on the hunt for a table for a while now!

I belive it's an amf also I but a table similiar 2 years ago for $200 everypice was stamped [ made in U.S.A. ] but no brand name on it traded it for a valley coin op and stuck it in a bar.

LOL! I guess probably since I closed my pool room! It really has only been a month or so. Best thing it is $500 delivered...with a nice Simonis....no one will see me again :-)

Not sure what it is but, it's not an AMF. They had two entry level tables and one was the Hanover that came in black and oak and also the Rogue which was a step above the Hanover. The corner caps on the Hanover had a curve or dip at the edge and were wider than what's on this table.

By the pics, looks to be in decent shape other than the cloth.

I recovered an identical (unknown brand) table yesterday.
It had 2 screws with grommets for each blind (typical for Kasson) but no Kasson sticker or leg
levelers (Centurion and Terminator models). It had maple rails so it wasn't the Voyager model.

I'd guess there are several similar looking tables in the market.
Definitly not high end but for the money probably ok for a home table.

So, I bought it. One of the big reason is the guy is going to deliver. Gets delivered next week.

Thanks for the help!

table is now set up

Got the table on Friday. Has some positives and negatives. Pulled together and leveled nicely. Had a little issue with putting the blinds in and one rail bolt didn't fit just right. Overall though, it was very easy to put together. Although it is all fiber board it is very solid. If you bump the table, the balls don't move. Can't say that about some of the brunswicks I have recovered. The slate was 3/4" and as I said, everything came together and lined up very nicely. I could not find any indication or hint who made the table, or where it was made. The rail rubber is a little dead. Only get four rails back an forth. But since I can't use the table to its fullest due to space limitations I can live with that. I ended up reusing the cloth. It wasn't in too bad shape. Looked like the guy used a lot of power, so I vacuumed it and washed it down and it is ok. I had to glue the cloth, not my favorite thing to do.

Anyway, thanks for your help. My secret plan now is to move, get a bigger house so I can get a 9' er :D
