TAR 39 The Last Waltz

Justin,

I've never posted on AZ before but I just wanted to say thanks for everything and I wish the best for you and Mark. I've really enjoyed the TAR matches over the years and especially the Podcasts where you can get an idea of a player's personality - I must have watched the one with Efren and Shane 3 times. I hate to see you go but I guess the numbers just don't add up. You're going out with a lot of class by showing the best 2 players on the planet and who knows when Efren will be back in the USA, I wouldn't miss this one for the world.

This is a great first post - greenie coming your way.

Dave

Justin,

Are you still planning on streaming the Nick Varner Tourneys in Denver middle of March? I hope so, I would like to shake your hand and thank you in person.

Yes sir. Look forward to seeing you there.

Thank you to everyone for all of the kind words. The community here on AZ is as much a part of everything TAR as ever done as myself, Chad or Mark. This place was the catalyst to start it and supported it through out the years. Thank you all.

My goal is to get the past content up and available. Some on VOD some on Youtube. I have the Reno gig then I will start making some personal decisions on where I go next. I may do something in pool but its hard to see what that would be right now.

Today I'm focused on TAR 39 and doing the best I can to make it a great match.

Thank you to everyone.

I have been a massive fan from day one!! There is nothing like watching two great players one on one!! I am such a big fan of this format, I flew from Los Angeles to Kansas City to sweat Harriman vs Schmidt live!! I'm sorry it's coming to a close but I am hopeful your next project goes killer!! Count me in for the weekend and good luck in all you do!!

As long as you have a camera and the internet and someone e wants to match up, I don't see how it has to be the end. Things change all the time. I look forward to all the future TAR match ups.

Farewell TAR

I wish you good luck in the future Justin. I know if you ever get the chance to make it back to this scene you will do it even better. Just knowing that we got to witness the matches you guys put out will is something that will stay with us always. Thanks for all that you guys did.

This is a true kick-ass way to go out Justin/Mark/Chad (RIP). I have always enjoyed your streams, and this weekend is going to be a barn-burner. Much respect for your body of work and best of luck in your future endeavours.

Don't fall out of touch in these forums as your wits and thoughts are very much appreciated. Hopefully, we will be lucky enough to see you continue in some fashion in the pool world.

Thanks for all the effort Justin, Mark and the late Chad.

Your contribution to the sport will not be forgotten.

It's the 10 miles of snow, sleet, rain and freezing bullshit he and Chad had to go thru that showed Justin the way out of doing action matches to begin with....

A big thanks to Justin and BigNasty for having the foresight and nuggets to start TAR in the first place and a big thanks to Mark Griffin for believing enough to put his money in and help take it to the next level..... You all are a credit to the sport and are bad mfers in my book!

Sorry to see it end also. Big thanks to Justin, Chad, etc. Good luck in your future endeavors.

I started playing pool around the time you and Big Nasty started TAR. My interest in pool was fueled in a big way by TAR. It is hard to believe the party is over. I now know what it felt liked when Johnston City was done. Another legend goes in the history books.

Thank you.

Tap Tap to Justin and TAR for bringing so much great pool into our living room. You have left your mark on the pool world and given all the other streamers a high standard to try to match.

I am proud to have played a small role in your productions and look forward to what you come up with next. Justin, you are a credit to the pool industry, a man of integrity and commitment. Thank you again for all you've done the last seven years.
