I was going to get to that when I had more time.. but you gave me a opening, so I'll jump on it.
A special thanks from me to cleary . I created a crap intro on the 1st video because I just can't find the time lately to make a good one and my skills and vision are limited to basic ones. I don't' have the motion graphic skills to create these cool intro's yet, but I plan on getting my feet wet in that area in the future. That kind of skill is very hard to learn. There is no beginner programs that make that kind of stuff happen.
I"m sure most everyone here has no idea that to make a 10 second intro, such as what you see on this video, could take many hours to create. You just don't' click buttons and presto, it's made. Animation and motion graphics is a very time intensive procedure. Let me say that again...
10 seconds of video, can take many hours to make!
Then once you're done making it, it can take 10's of hours of your computer cranking away non stop for maybe over a day straight, to render the job into a finished file.
cleary is very skilled at his craft, and you should check out his website and see some of the projects he's created. He's created some pieces for major TV stations and popular series.
So keep in mind when you see some quick intro or some brief animation.. that quick 5 or 10 seconds, could have taken a pro hour and hours to create and over a day of a PC grinding away non stop to render the project into a final file you can use.
cleary has a 2011 and 2009 highlight reel of some of the stuff he's done, maybe he will post the links. I'm sure he wouldn't care if I did, but since I don't know for sure, I'll wait till I do know, or wait till he does.
So THANKS cleary for doing that for TAR and for you taking the extra steps for providing me the resources to edit it.
STAY TUNED FOR MORE GREAT ONEPOCKET MATCHES!!!!!
yeah, that's right I'm YELLING!
