I ordered these on Nov 17th assuming I would get them in time for Xmas (Shipping every Monday) I know it is a busy time of the year but I would appreciate some kind of acknowledgement or response.

Zud, Qwerty & Catch a gear.. Looks like I was not alone..

I ordered mine on the same date.. Sent Justin numerous emails and messages but never got a response.

I sent a Paypal dispute in, being very specific that I just wanted my merchandise but could not get any answer from TAR or Justin.. ( I sent a PM here, a FB message and a few e-mail messages)

Never did get a reply but I did get my money refunded with no explanation. I found the lack of replies to my messages extremely unprofessional. Don't care who want's to flame me for my reply but no answers from a "business" is uncalled for in my opinion. I did appreciate the refund but it was not about the money. I just wanted to know when & if I'd be getting my order.

I've always supported the TAR streams, buying every time I could even when I could not watch some of them and have bought merchandise in the past both online and at a few events. The zero communication in unacceptable.

Good luck getting any kind of reply. I'd suggest you just file your claim with Paypal as well and call it even. YMMV..

No one will flame you we just know there are two sides to every story at a minimum. If it went like you say though that's the big guy's fault. You want an N.W.A. CD to help get you through this tough time?
 
Placed my order on the 17th as well, but I got it the week after! I wanted to place another order but I am now hesitant since you guys haven't received your orders yet!

I also ordered 2 shirts on nov 18th. I've sent numerous emails and pm's but no reply. They were for my son for Xmas. Im not knocking anyone just would like to hear something from somewhere. Lol. Oh yeah merry Christmas guys.

Thanks Mikey, I'm good on the CD, thanks;).. I agree that there are two sides to every story, I did not exaggerate one bit.. I've got nothing to gain or lose at this point and have no beef with TAR..

Looks like I'm not the only one that had or is having an issue with their order.. Thankfully, I did get my money back..

I'd say TAR is NOT trying to pull one over on anyone but they have just dropped the ball a bit.. The others may want to try what I did or they can wait and see..
 
i was lucky and got my shipment a week after i ordered it...however i ve had issues in the past with their shipping and was refunded which is fine. What sucks is there is other stuff i would like to order from TAR now but unfortunately i wont do that due to the way they seem to handle things...hopefully all of you guys get your stuff and TAR gets their shipping issues ironed out and we can all order more in the future with a secure feeling that we will get it
 
I ordered 2 shirts and a dvd NOV 30 and still havent received them. Sent numerous emails and pms. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Im too am a TAR supporter but this is not good business practice.

I've been trying to get a hold of TAR, since the SVB,& MIKA ppv. match. And emailed both of them and pm'd both them on here and get no response. Seem's just like a year or go when I put a order in to TAR and got nothing for over 2 months then I called the #'s and emailed and pm'd ..and finally my money was refunded about 10 weeks later. Thats why I dont order mechandise since. But I always orderded PPV'S before till all I got was it kept saying it was loading. But never got to watch it and TAR told me on the chat to email them and they would give me a refund. But im still waiting after emails, pm's and even got another AZ member that knows about it from that Chat room involved and he knows them and said he would take care of it but I never heard a word from TAR !!!!:( VERY DISAPPOINTED !! Makes ya think ???? <<<ED

Still waiting for mine order I put in on the 11/17. I wrote to these guys also with no responce. I hope they are both alright and will atleast let us know whats up. Anyway Merry Xmas to everyone.....Jeff
 
I also ordered a few items on Nov. 17 and have not received any of them. Many messages have been sent to justin and sales@theactionreport.com with no replies from any of them.

This is total bull crap as far as I am concerned. They used to answer any questions concering TAR issues on here but have been silent lately. If this is any indication of TAR's future, it does not look good.
 
My order was confirmed on Nov 17th also. No reply to email. Was really looking forward to SVB vs Pag match. Have supported TAR PPVs and love their work. Just wondering whats up. Merry Christmas to all!
 
Sorry for the shipping problems. I can list some excuses but they don't really matter. Anyone who wants a refund just send me an email to justin@theactionreport.com with REFUND in the subject and you'll get it. I plan on going in tomorrow to package the outstanding orders tomorrow for shipment on Monday morning. At that time anyone who ordered should recieve two emails one from paypal and one from our store saying the item has shipped.

I apologize for the lack of communication as well I have been dealing with some things that have kept me busy to the point of neglecting some of my responsibilities and for that I am sorry.
