Same Problem

I also placed an order on Nov 18th, this is the 3rd time I have ordered with no response from TAR, (they refunded in the past) although I would prefer to get the product. Given Justin's post I will wait and see what happens. (crossing my fingers) I hope they get all this sorted out.

I haven't received shipment notification but I have received order acknowledgment and payment confirmation. I'm not worried. ;)

All orders up to invoice number 3132 have been shipped. There are about 20 more to get out tomorrow to get caught up. I appreciate everyones patience very much. The amount of orders we got on this sale was overwhelming.

There will be some pretty cool new things coming out and they are some of the reasons I ship like Big Tony does ballet.

New shirts, new bar table DVD's, and if all goes as planned the first ever pool related Blu-Ray. I know I suck at this fulfillment stuff. I really appreciate the fact that 99% of the people understand this is a one man gig right now and I screw up a lot. Thanks for the patience. I am working on getting caught up with the emails and pm's. There are over a hundred of them so if you don't hear from me please dont take it personal I am working through them.
 
I tried again by sending a pm to Justin and can never get thru as it says his box is full, so I emailed him at TAR, but I got no response from there for months either. I understand being really busy and that ok but I been trying to get a hold of them since the Shane- Mika match up and get no response. I'd be happy just to get patches I tried ordering months and months ago only to get the money refunded months after when a PM oer email did get thru .. <<<
 
You guys should get some more of those all black "bet something" t shirts. i was going to get one for a buddy of mine for xmas but you don't carry them anymore

The big guy is on a roll, received both my orders today. I'm all set for Disney World now, thanks Justin.

Justin, I have invoice #3152. Just wondering if mine went out in the batch of 20 you stated were going to ship the day after you shipped #3132. I haven't received a shipment notification. If not, will it go out on Monday, 1/3 - your next shipping day?

Just got my shipment notification. Thanks, Justin, I wasn't expecting this to go out until Monday, your next shipping day. I guess you really MUST make room for the new spring line!!! :D
