TAR: OMGWTF vs CubC Video is up for FREE!!

I've downloaded it and watched it in a few sessions when I had the time....

It's a pretty good size file and I already have too many large files on my hard drive. I'm sure both opponents have downloaded the file. :)

I don't believe I read anywhere about a re-match.

I wonder if either of the opponents have thought about a repeat match, with or without adjustments in weight.

Would OMGWTF play with the wild 8 (no, not with me) or even, since at least one person who viewed the match said their skill levels were similar but for different reasons? Just wondering?

I've watched this match several times and with the spot given it could have gone either way. Cubc played like an intimidating, confident, hustler in the beginning and was up 4 games at one point. It could have gone either way.

For the record I have watched it several times cuz I'm a new OMG fan.

Even though your opinion is now biased, watching the match several times carries a lot of weight with me. :) How many times did OMGWTF luck the seven ball excepting the break? Could you do without the wild 7 ball?

Has either of them expressed any interest in playing each other ever again?

If you were standing right here with me and we were about to watch the whole match I would bet only $50 that she made the 7 on the break 3 times. That is about how confident I am that I remember right. I do remember here making the 7 and then the 9 on back to back breaks.

Nothing in the interview indicated that they both have interest in playing again. Nothing in the posts that they both put up in this thread either as far as I can tell.

I think it is better that it ends like this if I had it my way.

Now I'm not sure if you asked how many times she made the 7 on the break or not.

She defenitely didn't slop it in during the games much. She combod it in though intentionally.

So OMGWTF could easily accept the CALL 7, based upon what you saw?????

JoeyA

I don't think she could easily take the call 7 for a few reasons.

Cubc was up 4 games at one point.

Cubc's game showed a lot of potential he played quite well in the beginning they were even for a long time. His game might not fall apart the next time.

Also if they did it again I'm sure he would practice harder and not take the match too light.

I do think it would be a toss up with the call seven but based on what I saw she could not EASILY take the call 7.

She beat him even when she flew out to North Carolina to play him. He offered her the seven for life afterwards. Who here would turn down a spot in that situation?

I thought he beat her in NC. I can't imagine her winning playing even...especially if cubc is in a comfortable location.

My guess is that he won in NC, someone who loses doesn't usually offer the person that beat him the 7-ball for life.

think I read somewhere . . .

I think I read somewhere that they broke even by his count, he stiffed her a set or two by hers. Nothing I'll swear too, something I read in amongst all the mass of chatter about these two and I don't remember if Melinda said this or it was just third hand information.

Thanks Hu, I would believe Melinda in a heartbeat as I have known her for many years and her accounts are very accurate and hardly ever exaggerated unless it's for humor's sake.
