TAR Podcast #22 is tomorrow and we will have Johnny Archer and Francisco Bustamante joining us to talk about their TAR 27 match up taking place this weekend June 1-3.

We have done some threads in the past asking for questions and they have worked out great so we want to do it again. If anyone has any questions for either or both players post them up here and I'll do my best to get to them in the podcast.

I am going to try to get both guys on the table to explain some things as well.

Link to purchase the TAR 27 PPV will be up later tonight.

would love to hear busty's aiming system. When you had Shane and Johnny at the table explaining theirs that was great. I also was kind of suprised that neither really believe in any kind of drills; maybe their is a drill or two that busty does or has done? These podcasts are superb; keep up the great work !

1.Do you have any shots that "haunt" you that you may never forget?

2.What is the most racks you have ever ran in 9-ball on a 9' table?

3.If you played Ronnie O'sullivan in snooker who would win?

4.Who do you think deserves the next shot at the TAR title?

Ask them both to talk about their cues and other equipment....what they like in a cue, tip, shaft, etc...thanks

1. What ideas do they have that would make big-time players beg to be part of the TAR action?

2. What pool player......no longer living......would they like to play? And in what game/format? Do they think they'd need a spot or vice versa and how much of a spot would that be?

3. What was their "aha!" moment when learning the game? Something that took them to the next level, so that they knew that pool was the life for them.

How do you manage to have such a great stroke and balance with all the wave your making stroking .. !

Who's your toughest opponent ?

On the aiming, many people here have specifically claimed Busty uses CTE. I'd like to hear from his own mouth either he does or he doesn't.

Its my understanding many of the Filipinos had in the past "loosey goosey" strokes like Busty, but in current times, they have more conventional strokes. Assuming this is true, does Busty have any insight into why his compatriots have changed, and why his stroke has remained "loosey goosey"?

Thank you.

Why does busty stand on contact with cue ball breaking from the rail. Does he release or clinch the cue? and when does his back leg move ( before forward swing or to start body momentum). Does his ass hurt when he hits it?

Question for both. What do you do to develop and keep your mental competitive edge as you get older?

Ask Johnny if he has any regrets in taking so long to do a TAR match and if he is upset that Busty's picture is on the wall of fame next to the table while his is not?

Mr. J.

Did they ever have a tough 10 or 20 dollar game, and with whom during their career.Did the value of the game get stronger than the bet.

No direct questions, just hoping you get them at the table talking about anything shot and/or game play related. Mechanics, aiming, stroke, drills, breaking, bridges, reading the table, whatever....

Their perspective on this stuff, and demonstrating it, thats really good stuff. That was my favorite part of last weeks podcast, and that podcast was awesome top to bottom.

A question for both players given their experience on the short lived IPT tour.

From a difficulty standpoint:

Would 8-ball would work in professional competition on 4 1/8th inch cut diamond 9-foots such as the TAR table?

For Johnny Archer specifically due to his Bonus Ball focus to increase fan viewership and interest:

Given the preference that the general public have towards 8-ball when playing pool have you ever wondered if it might not lead to increased viewership and interest if the professional pool world were to shift to 8-ball and really market it to the bulk of society who already know, like, understand and PLAY that game?

I'm not sure if this was asked but:

Francisco, can you describe the way you aim? Does it involve lining up the cueball center to the edge of the object ball, then pivoting the cue?

Eric >serious question by the way

I like these questions, too. 8-ball in general, would they be interested in playing at in this setting....
