Does anybody know this cue and any specifics about it? Craig "Manwon" shared his thoughts with me but would like to know if anyone out there knows this cue. The cue is perfect in every way. Dead nuts straight, ivory inlays are razor sharp and the veneers are really nice. Stamped 001 on the SS joint. Thanks for looking and thanks for any input.

Thanks Jim, I got it right here on AZ about six months ago. It was posted for about two minutes and I bought it. Hope you are well and as always.....Go Irish!!!

Beautiful

WOW Bob that is a Beautiful Cue, and worth a few bucks I believe. Congradulations for a great pickup.

That is a 1 of I don't know how many cues Mike Gulyassy made for It's George. I think he made under 50 of them and had a falling out with Mike Roberts and quit making them.

So you are the one who picked it up:wink:.

I waited for 3 minutes and when I was ready to pull the trigger it was gone:o.

Great pick up!!

How does it play?

The original shafts have never been played. The AZ'r I bought it from played with the cue but he had a Predator shaft that he used on it. Thanks for your comments everyone.
Any more It's George experts out there?

Love to see it Tommie. Thanks buddy.

Thanks everyone for the information. I'll e-mail Mike G. and attach the pictures and see if he takes credit for this awesome piece of work.

yep, what more do you need to know?
This is the first cue produced under the Mike R & Mike G partnership. It went off on ebay some time ago for around $1,500. Then went here, and then I thought back on ebay, but apparently not 'back to ebay' if you got it here. Good looking stick, and Roberts looks as if he presevred the original It's George look in this example.

You are right on sir. Spoke with Mr. Gulyassy via e-mail and he comfirmed the cue was made by him only about 3 years ago. He said it was the first cue of 9 that he made with the "It's George" name and he made two Cocobolo cues exactly like this one. I wonder what the other 7 looked like?
Thanks for everyones input.
