Thanks everybody for the nice messages, prayers and best wishes! I logged on here today and was surprised to see that I already posted something in this thread! Although I don't remember writing anything! The "juice" that them Dr's give you is some mighty potent stuff!
When anybody is given as much attention as I get, it's very humbling. Especially when you're not one for attention! Only a very select few people even knew I was getting another surgery because I don't feel I need somebody rubbing my belly, patting my head & holding my hand whenever I'm busted up.
But I very much do sincerely appreciate all of your gestures of care and kindness! More than you know!
In a few week, I'll be driving again and will be back at Physical Therapy some more. I still got about 5-6 months to go on the back surgery P.T., so this senetence will run concurrent!
You are some very, very special people with great big hearts! Thank you!

Do you remember our second phone call? You know the one where you promised me your table and your sticks?
Could be worse, before a surgery in the early seventies they gave me sodium pentothal or something like that to mellow me out, truth serum. They danged near cut my left arm off at the shoulder but I tried sneaking out that night with my friends to play a little one handed pool anyway. They caught me at the elevator. Apparently I had talked too much!!

Hey Terry it is good to see you are posting a little. It sounds like our posts mean a lot to you, just remember it works both ways around here

Seems like you're getting what you put out. Ever heard the Paul Butterfield tune "It All Comes Back" ?
