Thank you to a man of his word

Several people lately including myself have gotten ripped off on here after paying for things or in my case winning a cue. It proves that the worst of people are out there.

BUT the BEST of people are out there as well. I met a true friend on AZB. He has given me some great advise and helped me out mentally with the game and life through some of his post. He also knew I only had a one stick case and 2 cues and said he would send me a case to hold both. On Thursday the mail lady came with a box and it was like my birthday came early. He sent the case and it is beautiful and looks to have never even been used. He is a shining example of being true to your word. He did this from his heart and the love of this game that drives us crazy.

There is Hope for us all.

Thank you my friend,
Ron

AZB Rocks!

Always great to hear some good karma being passed around.

Just make sure you keep the positive energy moving and help out someone else when the opportunity comes around.

Thanks for sharing your positive AZB experience :)

how i wish i can receive something on my birthday...=(

haha! if you minus the minority that has lousy personality and shitty character ( scammers and cheaters), MOST/ MAJORITY of us on azb are nice and passionate ppl.

I have seen these random acts of kindness a few times on this forum. This sort of thing catches on, it feels better to be nice then to be mean. Congrats on the new case and find a opportunity to help out another member it is a high that you will love.

I took no time to "pay it forward" it was on a hunting forum. I had something for sale. Another member needed it but had no funds. So I gave it to him. It feels good to give when you can. He will get a ton of use out of while it was just sitting here.

Ron, its good to see people reach out on here. I hope tyhings are getting better for you and as always if you need anything give me a shout!

Best Wishes,
Greg

Do a secret good deed today and don't tell anybody. It's no good if anybody finds out. If word gets out then the good deed was just an ego trip.

hey 8...

there are so many here who have great hearts and love the game...

not for any personal benefit, not for any personal gain, but just love pool

don't be so surprised...

cause it is so good to see new members like you.

you are the future, you are the ones who will carry this game to the next generation.

i for one, wish you success, as so many here do too.

all the best,
smokey

Smokey is one of them! He has donated his time and equipment to juniors and started fundraisers for good causes. He speaks his mind from time to time , so people get the wrong idea about his heart...it's big and generous.

i was born "without a heart" [as i guess is pretty apparent here on AZB] "and i don't want one"

[they cause hurt]

besides, what does a 3c player know anyway????

all the best,

Yeah right you have a heart the size of a 9 foot table.
Hey Yogi you know more than the average bear. Some people won't listen, and others can't hear you above there own voice. I have been guilty of both at times but try not to make a habit of it.

Neil I got the same dvd yesterday compliments of the guy above who says he has no heart. If he took any better care of me he could claim me on his taxes.
