The 4th Annual West Coast Cue Show

I'm trying to tell some people about the show and the tourney, but I can't see the flyer from a work computer.

Could somebody please tell me:

--what time are sign ups,
--what are the races to, and
--what's the entry fee?

Thanks!

Who won?

How did the bar table 8 ball tournament end up?

Which cuemaker won?

Is this one of those 'under the radar' things that we can't speak of? ;)

Did Jay Helfert get a bank ring game going?

Wccs-4

I know they had over 70 players in the tourney and had to modify the games so they could finish by Sunday. They weren't expecting such a big turn out. I left before the finals but I'll try and find out who won.

Mr. Helfert had some last minute family issues and couldn't make it up so we all got to keep our money this year.

McWorter and Kent Davis played a little bit. Kent won out but I think Jerry could take him if he got a chance to warm up. Then both of them got beat up by Frank Tran. But it was fun to watch nonetheless.

No match up between JoeyinCali and Kenny Koo. Maybe we can make that happen next time. I think there should be a cue maker showdown on TAR!

Wondering if that hack player Rafael Martinez took it down??? He we playing pretty sporty on Saturday!!!

I talked to Rafael on Friday to congratulate him on his nomination to the one pocket HOF. He was very honored. Later on in the weekend, Sunday, I saw Billy Palmer. I told him he looked good for a guy that died two weeks ago. Two HOF nominees at Ca Billiards. Lots and lots of people. RC had some beautiful, silver inlaid cues, tops in show.

Thats a bummer. I was looking for an all out war between these two with a$$ weights & bee keeper head gear. Oh well maybe next year it will happen. From what was posted & pics I have seen, it looked like another great event you guys put on out there. Congrats to all of you that put this together.
