Phil Eastwood Cases,,,,,,,,,
Hi,,,I bought the ''Warcrest''
The case is something out of this world,,I have no idea where he gets his ideas from but this guy has to be from another planet,,!!
Everytime I look at the case, I spot something different,,,the crafmanship is second to none and I own lots of cases from most of the greats, both past and present,,,,,
Yes,, this case is a work or art and could very easily make for a wonderful display to hang on a wall,,,but is also extremely well built and very functional if someone wanted to use it,,,,
The lid opens with a clasp ,, sort of like on an ''Instroke'',,,it's very clean , while snug, it's easy to open,,,
On the protection end, there are 2 tubes as this is a 1x1 case that are lined with what appears to be thin but high quality carpeting of some kind...It has a nice, snug fit when the cue is inserted and no, the cue will not rattle in the case,,,this case can be turned upside down and the cue will not fall out,, yet they slide out with ease with your thumb and forefinger...
It's a monster weighing in dry at 4.5 lbs....the inside top lid has an oval piece of wood in it,,,
I wouldn't dare to take this to a pool hall,,,for me, it's just a great addition my case collection
I highly reccomend Phil ,, he can make anything you can dream up...
I plan on ordering another one when I get back from my vacation,, probably in 2X4 configuratioin with some pockets,,,let's see what Phil and I can dream up.....
Hope this helps,,,,,,,Alan.........
