In other words, you admit you pulled that slimy, lowlife move, reporting Jack Justis to the local Town regualtors in an attempt to hurt his business? Nice one, John.
BTW, this isn't a hearsay allegation from me, I'll post the actual email later.
I threatened you because you, John Barton decided to initiate crap after I was leaving you be. If it was only "asking for a game" that would be different, but you knew full well that we have a lot of bad blood between us. So, 45 minutes before your match, you decide to "ask for a game" with me. 45 minutes before your match... Thing is, I promptly declined saying "John, you know we cant stand each other so why do I want to play you? For that matter, why are you even talking to me?!".
Form there, you continue to pepper me with snide comments and taunts, until I decided that I felt like confronting you.
BTW, you claim you are Mr. White Knight against bullying, but you know what? You use "poolroom woofin" as your excuse to be the bully that you don't have the manhood to be, only you hide it under the guise of "poolroom woofing".
John, here is another gem of advice that you haven't learned yet;
There Is A Fine Line Between Woofin And Talkin Sh1t.
As far as you other spindoctor crap about your ficticious group of ppl that were standing by to jump me, if I pummeled you, you are hallucinating. There were two guys that were there to help Ed to look after the room, but thats it. They weren't there cuz they had your back and "hate" me. There is no one in Sandcastle that "hates me". Sorry, John. Everything else is just the half truths and spin of the used car salesman we call John Barton.
Lastly, John Kaplan-Collins-Barton-(whatever your new last name is), for some reason, your are sharp in some areas but a butterknife in others. I gave you a wide berth starting with your first post in the Lou vs You challenge. I ignored your occasional reference to me, to draw me in. I made not one post. I ignored you for hours, taht day, at Sandcastle. I didnt look your way, didnt say anything to you. For some reason, you couldn't help yourself. Your obsession took over and you had to instigate something. The rest is history.
Learn from this, John Barton. Or don't.
Eric

Are you sure you are zoned to be running a manufacturing and retail business from your house? You may want to check with the city on that.
According to my correspondence with the nice folks at the city hall in Coconut Creek they don't allow manufacturing businesses of any kind to be run out of residential homes.
I suppose I need to check Pompano Beach to see if I am allowed to operate a leather goods production business from my home.
I'd get up to speed on your permits if I were you before the city zoning inspectors show up at your door.
Now, did you say on TAR that you make 150 cases a year? That translates into how much taxable income?
Next time you feel like messing with someone's business you really ought to think it through.
I offered you the peaceful out and you declined it.
I will consider not pursuing my thoughts about moving to Pompano Beach/Coconut Creek to open a leather goods business. Nor will I inquire with the IRS what my tax bracket for profits made on around $100,000 worth of sales might be.
It would be nice to see you consider a public apology on all points while I am mulling over these other topics. I am pretty busy so I might just forget about the Coconut Creek project altogether. Just waiting on a call from the zoning department now to discuss where my leather goods business should be located and which permits I need.
