Question for the well traveled.

What are some of the best places in and out of the United States for a pool player to live?

My criteria: plenty of tourneys;a 24/7 pool room would be nice;more 9 footers then BB,snooker tables are good too:breathable air and I like trees:smile:

La Casa de Fatboy

I have to vote for Fatboy's compound in Vegas. I'm not sure about the air and trees and all that but....who cares with a pad like that. :D

Trees??? Back 'in the day', we could go for a week or more and not even see the sun! A number of us lived right in the poolroom. About twice a year the owner would tell us he was locking the doors at midnight for two days in a row. That would force us poolroom bums to go find somewhere else to sleep.

I'm thinkin' "trees" are a code word for wacky weed...but wtf do I know :p .

Come on guys cant you take this guy seriously lol. Ok I know for sure that Nashville has a good scene, Also you cant go wrong with the Pheonix area. I have heard that Florida is good if you can stand the thought of having water on both sides and hurricanes lol. Also seems like So.Cal is deacent. The only one I can speak for personally is Nashville on the long term scale. JOB's in Nashville is really IMO a first class place and if I remember right it is open 24/7 I may be wrong I dont remember for sure

I don't know personally, but I would imagine the Carolinas would be good based on how many pro players live there. Many of the top female players live in Charolette NC.

how aboot canada lots of trees here eh,,, not a bad standard of pool in toronto either!

In My Travels Which Are Vast, I Would Have To Call The State Of Tennessee,,,,,,,,,,

Gotta Add The Great Selection Of Restaurants And Gorgeous Women.............

When In Nashville,i Alwyas Stay At ''the Intercontinental''......

Great Location And If Possibe, Get A Private Suite On One Of Their Secluded V.i.p. Floors..........

Magnolia Arkansas. Lot's of trees and not one pool table in the whole town. Think of all the money you could save.

LoL.....Kenmore, WA. :duck:

You are already there!!!! LOL

Jer, you live in Washington State!!!! Lots of trees here. As far as the pool scene, its pretty good here. The only thing is, no money for the A+ players. The midwest and eastern part of the US is better for them, IMO.
