I played in the tournament I wore a tshirt with a giant unicorn on it and basketball shorts. So, I very much disagree with this thread.

I'm not a pro, this isn't a pro tournament though there were about 5 pros that played in it. But it was a local tournament that most people played in for fun. If there was a dress code, I wouldn't have come.

Players should have to shave as well..... LOL

Watching the live stream of the Brandon Shuff vs. Chip Compton match. Nick is commentating and he was talking about players using ear buds during a match. Neither Brandon or Chip are he was just making a general statement. He said it is ridiculous and it should be banned from tournaments!

Watching the Castle Christmas Classic 9 Ball Tournament. I really wish "All" Tournaments would institute a dress code. Nothing fancy...but no Jeans, sneakers and T-Shirts. Casual pants, loafers and a collared shirt would be fine...and for heavens sake no playing with earphones hanging out of the players ears while they are playing. The above would help the image of pool and hopefully help to grow our sport. Sorry for my rant but it is my long time pet peeve!!!

Be nice to see player meetings FIRST, addressing dress code, player accountability, respect of ones opponent, and respect for the game and those watching the match....then have a player meeting going over the rules of play. It's all up to the TD.
