Hello Everyone; This is going to be the title of my upcoming book and DVD for the playing of 3 Cushion Billiards, hopefully by Christmas 2009 it will be available for sale. From time to time, I’ll pass on a few excerpts from this project. My main focus for the past 25 yrs. playing billiards has been, the complete control of the first object ball to achieve groups of shots that produce positions to make runs during a game or practice.

These works will be extremely helpful for Beginner’s, enlightening to the Intermediate player, and revealing to the more Advanced. As in any endeavor I will start out with some basic fundamentals that are imperative to elevate any level of player’s game.

I'll most definately pick one up regardless, I've been looking to find more english language billiard books that aren't just systems for awhile.

Allen Gilbert supposedly though about writing a book on position and avoiding kisses, but it never happened. I really think a lot of players will love seeing your material.

Let us know how to get it once it does come out altho I hope there are not too many system calculations -lol -
 
The material will contain many aiming and positional systems which rely on the proper techniques and concepts for proper position play, I think everyone will be pleasently surprised at it's simplicity.

is there a web site setup the we can purchase on when it comes out?

Christmas 2009 isnt too far away. I will definetly be one of the first ones to buy it.

how about one on missing kisses for your next one :)
we gotta start getting good 3 cushion information here in the U.S.

Not sure if you remember me, but we have played in the past in Detroit & California. Although I have not played 3-C in a number of years, I will definately support your project and buy a book and/or dvd when it comes out.

For those that don't know Bill Smith, this guy can play and has been a true student of the game for well over 30 years. He has a ton of knowledge...

Dave; Thanks for the kind words, I really apreciate them. Nice to hear from someone from the old stopming grounds, Detroit, played in alot of tournaments there and made ALOT of money gambling at he RACK. Hope you are well, take care.
