The Last Money Match - Grady Mathews vs John Henderson - Video

Hi fast Lenny

When I try to watch a pop up appears from YouTube saying the owner hasn't chosen to make this available on mobile devices. (iPads etc).

Any chance you could change that setting please.

Regards

You can try it now but I think due to length and maybe some copyright stuff from background music it might be limited to just watching on a computer.

John -

What surprised me what not the execution, but the shot selection. I had always thought that the pocketing skills would go away, but Grady shot a lot of the wrong shots.

Examples would be him shooting a spot shot softly and it left you an easy cross bank.

Ken

He did not have the coordination for pocket speed shots. I played a lot of golf and snooker with Grady over the years and his table speed was always a strong part of his game.

Thanks Lenny for the videos. Even though Grady was up in age and his pocketing skills may have been diminished a little, you could see how he processed most of the shots taken. Mr. John is no slouch either. I've admired his game for some time now thanks to videos like these. I learned quite alot by watching these two shoot. I got a chance to shoot with Grady back in the early mid 80's in Charleston. Such a great gentleman, spokesman for the sport, and quality human being to anyone and everyone regardless of your pool skill. And his wit was ONE OF A KIND!!!

FYI in case you are having problems. I could not watch on my phone or a tablet but it works great on a computer.

I remember watching this when it was streamed. I also remember feeling bad for Grady as it was obvious that time had taken a toll on him but at the same time happy to see him still hitting the balls.

RIP Grady, the one pocket world isn't the same without ya.
