The Living Legends Challenge - Mike Sigel vs. Earl Strickland <<<===={{{{{

I’m absolutely positive I won’t be picking up the licking my palm before the break habit, that’s F-Ing discusting!

I find it strange that left handed players usually shoot right handed with the bridge
I've heard that Sigel started as a right-handed player but switched over. He plays nearly as well right-handed as left.

I write with my right hand.
I’ve always played pool left handed.
I’ve always held the cue in my right hand when using the bridge.
And FWIT I push off with my left foot when riding a skateboard.
I’m all over the map!

Seems as he had put them away for years until this thing popped up. Does he still sell/make cues? Wonder how he survives?

I recall hearing he sold that new pool league that he started, though I seriously doubt it was anywhere near retirement money. Also, was just talking about him and his cues with so,eine a couple weeks ago and I asked and they said he was still making cues - donot know reliable that info is though.

Mike has a potty mouth lol!!
Mike makes me wanna cut my Diamond up and use it for firewood.
Seems to be playing great fro Earl though!!!! Hahaha

From my limited perspective:

Him & Kevin Trudeau would still like to market & implement their new league system.
I would imagine Mike is still seeking investors to make this vision come to life. I wouldn't be surprised if Mike also had a few other investment worthy projects in the hopper.

I know Mike did extremely well with his cues via a connect in China. I've spoken with 2 well known cue makers who confirmed that it was indeed Mike making his cues, and that he's pretty darn good at it. I suspect, like many who did financially well while married, living with only half of ones previous assets is difficult. I'm not sure if or how that plays into his cue making.

Mike's schedule is pretty full with teaching, playing golf & fishing (not necessarily in that order, lol). He's not living in the mansion on the private island anymore, but I don't think Mike is punching a clock anywhere. There's still a decent amount of money in being Mike Sigel and Mike, like Tom Brady, is one helluva come from behind kind of guy. -Z-

A local cuemaker's son told me his dad visited Mike's shop and came out of there swearing no cue had ever been made in that shop. He said half the machines weren't plugged in-no evidence of sawdust anywhere and a few more things i cant recall. He believed Mike was putting his name on cues someone ghost made for him. I have no real idea on it though. It did seem he turned out real fancy cues real soon after starting. I see a post a few above this one where someone says he did indeed make his own cues.

Earls finger extensions may be quite helpful when hes jacked over ball. Thy have to give him better than an inch more height.

Great entertaining match!!!

It’s not just him. A good friend of mine shoots left handed but uses his right for the bridge. I’ve also seen Rodney Morris shoot right handed with the bridge

I'm right handed but shoot pool left handed. I also use the bridge right handed. I've never done any serious amount of practice shooting right handed but unless I'm stretching and shooting over a ball, i just switch hands or use an extension.

Earl calls Mike a creep and a staller etc.
Did anyone catch Mike giving the jag off gesture to Earl after the winning shot in the last game???
Funny but Mike is a whiny beeatch!!!!
