This is a 1994 Jim Buss cue that is by far the nicest one I have ever seen. I'm putting it up on az to see what kind of offers I get as trades and or cash. The cue is about 19.5 oz (my guess) and loaded with ivory, the only thing on this cue that is not ivory is the butt cap. The cue plays very much like a mottey that I have and has a very good feel to it. It has eight points, four ebony and four ivory and comes with matching joint protectors. pm me with any questions or email me at johnrmckee@bellsouth.net
I don't really know what it is worth I think the cue is worth $2,500.00 or so? pm me a number and a time to call you to talk about a price for cash sale. My number is 318-208-5164 if you would like to talk about the cue

CUE WAS STOLEN 12/13/08 IN SHREVEPORT PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU SEE IT.

Prior to SBE I had never even heard of Jim Buss. I didn't spend much time at his booth but I have to say that this is one seriously nice cue.

I'm actually kicking myself for not stopping to talk to him now. There were just so many cues to look at while I was there and had a hard enough time deciding what I should buy. I'll be certain to spend time with him next time.

Jim does some nice work

If you haven't seen Jim's work, he is very good. Just picked up a Titlist conversion by Jim.

Michael

Good luck with the sale - probably won't be around for long.

Buss

i play with a jim buss,,, everyone that hits with it loves it..... it hits a ton

Yeah it definitely hits a ton, a good friend of mine Who is kind of a road guy and and has played at the pro level a couple of times has been running around for the last month or two playing with it.

You know, they always say "This ain't rocket science" or "It doesn't take a rocket scientist...." and so on. For those who do not know already, Jim Buss is a real, honest to goodness Rocket Scientist...the NASA kind. I have had a few of his cues...real sweet cues and they played real well, too.

Buss Value

Buss cues hit superbly. I have owned 3 and all ranked at the top for playability. His name may not be as well known as some, but if you compare his hit to the best of the best, you may, as I did, find a deep respect for his work. I posted last year to a thread about the best sounding cue...without a doubt it was the work of Jim Buss.

I would like to find A nice mottey or mike wheeler cue to trade for (+ or - cash) to trade for but would consider anything that is unique.
call me to talk about the cue and or trades 318-208-5164
