Maybe I should start talking shit to good players to get them to play me out of frustration. Most people would be willing to pay a guy like Bartram to play them in a long session like that. Or at least gamble cheap with no chance of winning

This post reminds me of that guy that would every couple of months, that he didn't have a job, didn't have a girl or any ties to hold him down, and he was looking for someone to take him under their wing and take him on the road. He was a champion player but just needed some guidance.
Excepting the money part of course... :grin:

Considering that you beat him with the call 8 I would say that you just flat out beat him. Did that spot come into play enough to even it up in your opinion? The call 8 doesn't really seem like a spot as much as it is the spotter baiting the person taking the spot.

I agree, besides the break, how often is Bartram going to make the 8 and miss the 9 or 10? It is a marginal spot IMO at their speed.
yo i know this isn't about money but if this is going to go down the bet should at least be traveling expenses.
i wish i could play well enough to hang on d. appelton's coat tails. getting the call 8 from a us open winner says a lot about your game. there's no shame at all in saying you got the call 8 from someone that plays well enough to win the us open
donny plays real strong but i think he'd get way more props if he didn't play rack your own

I may not have thousands of posts on here. But i am on this site every day taking in as much information as possible. I cant really ever remember Chris B talking down on anyone whos not a pro or anything along those lines. He has always seemed cool especially in chat rooms during live streams. If anything we should be thanking him for contributing to our forum community. All that said i am pumped to see how this goes down. Go get em Chris.
