Do y'all have a scedule for Texas yet? Are y'all in Louisiana at all? Would love to make one if possible.
Not set yet but Dallas, Austin and El Paso are all wanting to commit.

Ok, heres the latest little thing. Johnny and I were watching a movie and all of a sudden the curtain rod thing that you use to close curtains began to swing violently. I figured it was the AC untit and told Johnny thats all it was , however as he pointed out the AC was not on. I mean it was on the OFF position. the windows were all closed tightly and we went outside to debunk what had happened but we could not. It was very wierd as it was swinging ALOT. The hotel we are at is old and so I told JA that someone must have died in there at some point. That should help him sleep well:) He called Earl and told him and he was sleeping and told us were were stupid MFkers and that JA could come and stay in his room if he wanted. So we now have the Blue Collar most haunted edition of the pool tour.
Johnny looked genuinly concerned about sleeping there as I left him. I wish I had a cam corder in there right now.

Mark, please make sure those guys get some rest tonight. Me and the guys I am going with are like big lumps of clay ready to be molded into pool players tomorrow. :D

Ron, they are already in bed for the night and so I think they will be fine since we had a day off today. I am looking forward to getting back to work and the guys said the same thing.

Excellent! I'll see you in less than 12 hours. Good luck with your haunted hotel room. :)

Just JA has the haunted room, I love it. I think I am going to go by and scratch at his door or window. He may be tired in the am after all. :)

great read. nice stories. Earl is so funny hehe =) Thanks to you, Johnny, and Earl. Please send my greetings to them big champions. They are really a great additional to our sport. I mean without them I can't find pool as interesting as it is to me now. thumbs up for all what you have giving for our sport.

Well, I finally have a few mins to actually sit down and get on my computer. The Legends and Champions Pool Tour has gone wonderful so far and thank you all for your support.
I am going to try and give you a quick insight as to how things have been so far. I met up with Earl and Johnny on the 14th in the afternoon and we hung out and bsed for a few hours while Ashi who is a pro photographer took some shot of us us justr hanging. We all knew that this was going to be the last time we stopped moving in a while and so we tried to make the most of it.
On the 14th out day started at 10.00 and headed over to Nice Rack Billiards in El Cajon and started the first Pool school and 4 ours later we had the second 4 hour school start. THis one ended at 6.00 and we had to be at a private engagement at Fastmikies house in Del Mar at 7.00. We as usual trying to keep JA and ES on time is like hearding cats and so it ended up around 7.30ish, and we were starving. Mikie took us to a real nice restaurant on the ocean were we had a chance to take a breath and enjoy some awesome food (another thing thta seems to be hard to find on the road) well we finished up at Mikies place and we had to be ready for a pool school in Rancho Cucamonga the next morning and so we decided to just drive up to the LA area that night. So we arrived at our hotel at 2.00am and went straight to bed.
We were up bright and ealy the next morning for our next pool school at 11.00am at Sticks Billiards. The whole time we are driving from once place to the next we are having a ball and laughing and making fun of each other and thtas great as it really is passing the time in the car.
Ever since Albuquerque when I messed up one tiny little bit Earl and Johnny have told me that once I get my training wheels off I will do ok. They seem to get great pleasure in calling me "T-Wheels.
Anyway after Sticks we needed to find another hotel close to our evening engagement and we are trying to be very tight with our expenses and so Earl and I ended up in a Crack house type of motel that to be honest scared me. Johnny was going to stay with Jay that night as he had the Modern Marvels show to tape for the history channel early the next morning. it took us a while to find a cheap hotel as everything around Ontario Mills was in the $150 range and so AGAIN we did not have much time to relax. It worked out ok as we made it to Frankincali's private exhibition on time. We had a great time and the guys put on a great show.
The next day Earl and I met Jay and Johnny for lunch at a mongolian BBQ place by the pool room that Johnny did the Modern Marvels thing and headed out to the S.F Bay Area Where we had 2 more pool schools, this was the longest drive so far but again it didn't sem that bad due to the chatter and the great stories the guys were telling me about the road past and present.
The next day at Shorleine Billiards was one I knew was going to be a bad day for me. Since L.A we had Peer and his assistant following us around with all his high tech equiptment filming a behind the scenes type of documentary of life on the road with the pros and today was the day he wanted to do some additional material head shot interviews etc. Now I didn't tell Earl about this as I kept trying to catch him in a good mood but we had to be there at 8.00am. Once I told him he explained in only the way Earl can that I had not told him about this and that that he was not completly happy with me springing it on him. So at 7.00 I began the wake up process that I knew was not going to be the greatest experience I have ever had. Anyway, both JA and ES were pissed at me for getting them up so early with a full schedule ahead of us, as we got into the car I said "Ok, come on and let me have it and get it out of your system" They were actually great about it until about 2 mins of getting into the room and that day I was fired a total of 7 times and had ES give me 5 death threats. However nobody was fired and nobody died. All in all a good day! I will never forget though ES pointing his stick at me from across the room while they were filming and saying "Hey T-Wheels you are a dead man MFker.
So on we go to Sacramento, I was looking forward to this as I have alot of family there that I havn't seen in a while and we also had somewhere to stay that felt more like home that didn't cost us a penny. We got into Sacto around midnight and stayed up for a while coming down drom the drive and chatting with my family. My brother in law is a pool fan but he kept that to himself as he wanted the guys to be feel comfotable and relax while they could. Every now and then he would slide up to me and say "I don't F&5Ckin believe Archer is sat on my couch watching TV with me" That made me happy that he was excited about us being there.
We had only one school in Sacto and the guys there Tim and Tony were really helpfull at Hard Times and made sure that we had everything we needed. I got to meet Tom Suarez Tomincinci and a couple of other AZERS that I can't remember their AZ names but I know them as they are on here alot. My 16 year old Niece and brother and sister in law came by the school to say hi and that was nice too. I asked my Niece if she liked pool and she said she did but wasn't very good, being the nice uncle that I am I bought her a cue and case. Not a bad cue but nothing fancy and asked if she wanted to play a game or two. just as we got on the table the pool school was taking a break and Johnny came over and showed my niece the basics on stance, bridge stroke etc for a few mins and Earl came by and watched. This also gave my Brother in big smile and said "her first day with a cue of her own and look who is helping her"
So our time was up in California and we hit the road for Medford Oregon. We had only set up one exhibition in Medford and one appearance and a long drive ahead of us. On this drive Earl decided to start up a new conversation line that became very funny to me. Out of nowhere from the back seat Earl says "When I run I sweat out all the toxic in my body and thats why I smell soo good all the time, I smell better that both of you mother F%&*kers put together" he said this in a way that only Earl could say it. Johnny and I looked at each other and smiled and new that we could get him wound up on this one. Johnny asked him how he figured that since he showers every day and keeps himself as clean as anyone and that he thught Earl was full of crap. I agreed with Johnny and told Earl that sometimes I thought that Earl actually smelled funny. Thats all that was needed to get the result we were looking for, "listen to me you stupid idiots, I smell better than anyone in this car and I got $1,000 says that I smell better that both of you smelly bastards". This lead to insults by all of us to each other as to every personal inperfection each of us have, half of them were nonsense and could never be proven. Apparently T-Wheels has a slower brain than most people, alchoholic with small male organs. Johnny has a big nose, addicted to sugar, his insides are all dried up and has "a face like a bulldog chewing a wasp". Earl has the body of a 21year old and the strenth of 10 men. I am sure you can see who was doing most of the talking.
Everything went well in Medford and so off we went to Portland. We got here yesterday and headed over to Sams the pool room where we are holding a pool school on the 23rd and a full exhibition in the evening and took a look around. Earl went for a run and played 9 holes and Johnny and I watched a movie. This is a nice break right now and we are lookig forward to getting back to work tomorrow.
I know this is maybe not that interesting of a thread but I wanted to share a little of what it has been like so far. Obviously there are many more details but this would turn into a book. Thanks again for everyones support and it has been great meeting all the AZERS on the trip that I would not have had the chance to usually.

The poolroom in Rancho Cucamonga is STIX. Alex L. is the filipino owner and Efren and Busti often play there when in town. The poolroom in Lawndale where Johnny shot the piece for Modern Marvels is MR. LUCKY'S, a really nice small room with seven Gold Crowns and three Diamond bar tables.

Well JA didn't come running to my room in the middle of the night so I guess the ghost didn't come out to play again. Jay I think he is losing it.

Thanks Mark! This is one of the best and funniest threads I have read in a long time!
Thank you, I hope to do another in a couple of days to cover the rest of the trip.

Mark, in case you (and the rest of the pool world) didn't know, Johnny is one of the biggest jokers and funsters in the entire pool world. He is a kid at heart and that's why I love him so much. When we're together we barely talk about pool, we're so busy ribbing each other.

If you want to get along with Johnny, play a joke or two on him. He'll really like you now, if he knows he can play with you. Now if you are a stranger to Johnny, I don't recommend this as a way to make friends with him. You have to develop a relationship first, then you can pour beer on his pancakes! :D

On the road with the two greatest 9 ball players of all time. Sheesh....now THAT would be an exhibition. A race to 100 in 9 ball between those two!! Forget gambling on it. Just do it, and make a DVD for all to buy/enjoy.

You guys coming through DC area at all?

Jay, you are 100% correct. People sometimes don't realize from what they see on TV as Johnny has his game face on. But I tell people all the time he is one of the funniest people I have ever met.

DC could happen, with all the other scheduling to work around it is hard to commit to anything that is not in the next 2 months right now but I will be able to soon once I get the rest of the years tourneys, birthdays, annaversaries and sponors special events set on a calender. We have had a couple of requests from that area and so hopefully it will be in the near future.
Mark,
